Great presentation! Can you cook with the chips in the air fryer? Wet or Dry? I love watching Curtis for many years on the network :), I have purchased his products years ago and they're still going strong! 🥰

The fat and the skin are the most nutrious part of the meal and you throw it away.?

That's where all the toxins have accumulated too,so..

@@qcon81 If you are looking for toxins in your food, ignore meat altogether, go eat vegetables. Monsanto will love you.

@@peopleddiagram2920 Wow.. your emotions and your logic. Why would you think Monsanto is the only option if one is not eating the skin of animals. Also , are all vegetables GMO? Really? And Fyi- I would eat the skin and fat if I knew the meat came from 100% pasture-raised animals.

@@qcon81 According to DR Shaun Baker, there is no great evidence that pasture raised meat is any better. For those who can't afford it, grain fed meat is just as good. I can tell at a glance if meat is grain or grass fed, as well as the cut. And either way, if there is not fat on it, i wont eat it with the exception of schnitzel. As for vegetables, they are toxic.

You refuted yourself because if they are eating grains they are gmo grains and are bad for you in turn.you don't get healthy by eating sick animals.if the doc says pasture raised is not any better his degree should be revoked.that is just so ignorant.there is no difference between health of animals raised in factory farm vs green pasture with enough sunshine and exercise?and btw ,he is not the final authority in the world of nutrition.and how are cooked vegetables toxic?can you enlighten me?

Burning wood and charcoal indoors can be lethally dangerous due to gases like carbon monoxide. You must have a real ventilation hood in your kitchen.
