Sounds like it's a Hobbs warrant, which wouldn't be out of the norm. This is done in order to prevent the revelation of any sources or confidential informants or in this case, could be in order to prevent whatever personal information regarding the officers from being public information.

Eric Lender is being nice or he is covering up this case, this is not a stinky bucket of fish but a dead whale on the beach, there will be almost a dozen lawsuit will come out of this, listen to former Sheriff Alejandro Villanueva, he was on the show Ca. Insider I believe, he goes into great detail of this case. I have great respect of Eric Lender but I am disappointed in this.
