    • @rogerlouie1
      @rogerlouie1 Год назад

      @@rombo8 nothing special, just a deep (and angry) tissue massage on both the muscle bellies and the attachments and then really light weight where you can do around 30 reps of slow and controlled motions. Stretching did not help. Only the very high reps but low weight and massages helped. I'm still healing but this worked!
      I did standing biceps curls (alternating arms but the way Even Centopani does it), but slow and controlled. Move the arm slightly up as you complete the curl, too. It works really well:

    I stopped lifting weights over and over. I'm pretty intense when I lift, so no wonder I was getting this pain.
    I've got pain at my wrist, too. After seeing a gymnastics video, I desperately need to permanently stretch my forearms. I should be able to stretch both ways like this " T " but all I've got is this " Y ". I hurt my wrists if I try to get up or do anything that is in the push-up position, like getting out of bed or off the floor. I switched to making a fist and pushing up with my wrist straight. When i came back into the gym i did many low weight band exercises for my shoulders and rotator cuff ( since it all started there apparently). Because my shoulder was tight the bicep tendon got irritated in there. When that happens it can go all the way to the ellbow. Just perform Suprinated curls from the onset, rather than suprinating just at the end.
    Then do Hammer curls after, then do the best bicep curl ever, the standing plate curl, really hit that peak.💪🏼
    But these stretches are GREAT, helped me anyway.👍🏻👏🏼

    Good God. I have been living a sedentary life for a while now and haven't worked out religiously since I was in the military. I'm one week in and yesterday was arm day. I woke up and IMMEDIATELY was rubbing that lower tendon that goes into my forearm. But I forgot all about it til you got to addressing it. I've paused the video every time you instructed and I am already feeling more mobility. There is still some pain. But I'm going to continue to do these things until I'm good to hit arms again. I really dont want to take the chance that I injure something by overstressing it. I think the last time I tried to get into working out this happened and all I did was rest. That rest led to me not lifting for a few years if I remember correctly. Thanks a lot man. Also, that part about talking with your hands/arms and arguing with your family because you're all Italian made me laugh man. Thanks again.

    I've been looking for an explanation to my inner elbow pain, for month now, without success. But I think you hit it right on the nail.
    I work on a computer most of the day and the only sport I practice is mountain biking so my biceps are rarely in supination.
    My elbow pain started after curling a little heavier dumbbell than usual and aggravated after a couple more dumbbell sessions a few days later.
