I don't think I've ever genuinely laughed at these types of jokes in movie trailers. It's all old white men trying to appease to a younger audience and it just doesn't work💀 I think the only one I found truly funny was one of Jordan Peele's movies.

What I like is how this shows all trailers, like all pop music, realized all it needs to do is ramp up a bunch of noise/action, pause, and then drop a beat /gunshot. Its the same fade-to-black/fade-to-silence rhythm and beat in everything.
Great comparison. Pop music now barely even qualifies as music. It’s just manufactured ear candy. Record companies and other powerful people in the music industry figured out they could just water music down to hooks and beats and have just been pumping out garbage for the last 20 years.

Honestly, this works so well because many recent trailers have just been following the same formula, making them, in my opinion, incredibly boring.
Thank god someone feels the same. It’s always almost the exact same ascending dramatic music and a cut to black with some dramatic quote or a quippy line. They’re all the exact same and it’s fucking boring
Plus they spoil the whole movie. Very rarely have I seen a trailer and not accurately guess 90% (or even 100%) or what happens in the movie.

It's a shame because Daniel seems like a very nice, genuine guy and good mental health is very important for everyone.
Oh, they're not a sketchy company they're a legit scammer company that is widely known for paying people like Daniel here to lie for them. He's given a script and he just reads it. Their "therapists" are just rando's who were hired to record your conversations then sell those conversations to third party advertisers. You're literally paying them to sell your personal information - your name, address, your credit card information, your social security number, etc. Everything that you give this company, they are selling it to others and it's ALL in their terms of service! They had to add that part so they didn't get sued because they were getting called out by RUclipsrs who noticed they were lying about everything.

"Double parking" means to park in such a way that you're not between the lines of a parking space so that you're actually taking up the space meant for two of them. (In case anyone was confused about that.)

@@troodon1096 In the UK I know it to mean blocking in another car, the sort of thing that seems to happen a lot in New York, cars park next to the kerb then a delivery vehicle, taxi or self-important car driver stops next to that solid line of parked cars, or when one side of a street is being swept, all the cars shift to a double row (hence double parked) on the other side (which has a name in the US, but I've forgotten what it is).
In the UK someone that takes up 2+ spaces by parking over the line is either a BMW driver or described with words that need many asterisks when typed. :)
