My brain can't pick up on the structure of this one enough to memorize it, but where the melody doesn't stick with me, the emotion totally does. It's very soothing and there's something appropriately youthful and optimistic about it. As always, beautifully performed.
That's a cool topic for a future stream, because I had the same feeling until I started arranging it! The original is MUCH too short to be memorable melodically, but there *is* something great here. If only they had given it more time to shine, but that's the TotK / BotW OSTs for ya 😅.

The Champions themes were some of my favourites from BOTW, so I'm glad the Sages were treated with the same musical respect. Now, if Tulin could just stop blowing all my drops away, that'd be great!

Yeah, that's interesting! In Dutch they have the same names as in English (even Skyloft in Skyward Sword which is obviously *not* a Dutch word =P). Otherwise the Dutch translation can be quite different from English.
I listen to this song every day when I study. Another beautiful composition by Tim De Man! I am a new pianist, you may remember me (Hyrule Dragon) but I learned stables like you told me and I still aspire to be like you musically! Keep up the great work!
I recommend doing the tutorial area, or the sky islands in general. We get very little new music that is good, and the great sky island theme is very calming. Possibly temple of time (on the great sky island) as well.
Tulin's theme and character have to be my favourite additions in TOTK! Also GREAT cover as always, I can't wait to hear the rest you have planned! I wish Tulin could stop blowing away my items!

So many bits of this remind me of Joe Hisaishi's work, emotional to its core. Also, is that at 2:21 a reference to Revali's theme? If it is, what a lovely detail. Overall, your improv always adds so much more to these songs!! this is the version I'll seek whenever I want to listen to Tulin's theme

The piano side isn't a big transition per se, but the bellows and especially buttons take some getting used to! Perhaps you can try a used one and see if it clicks?
