I'm so sorry that I haven't uploaded for a while, my laptop has been playing up on and off for months, and then I was away visiting my family in Australia for a month. We visited the Maldives for 5 nights on the way home. It was absolutely beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing! We stayed in a jacuzzi water villa 🐠 I would highly recommend Meeru Island Resort 💙

There were other people there but it wasn’t crowded at all which was lovely. The busiest place was always the main buffet restaurant but again it wasn’t packed out at all 💙🥥🌺🏝️

The Maldives holds a special place in my heart as we went for our honeymoon many years ago now. Nothing beats the marine life and snorkeling all day. Parrot fish are definitely my favourite and i liked hearing them under water gnawing on the coral. Did you see any oriental sweetlips? Quite elusive. Took us into our 2nd week to finally see a small school of them. Emma.

The side where the water bungalows were was amazing for snorkelling but you can snorkel round the whole island 🌴

The drink/food was pretty expensive, so we went all inclusive. I’ll ask my partner later as I can’t remember exactly how much the drinks were. Not everything was included in the package, but there was a huge range of food, drinks etc. Depends how much you like to eat/drink 😁🌺☀️

Everyone was scattered around the island but it wasn’t busy at all which was rather lovely 💙🌺🥥🏝️☀️
