I remember when you first came under fire with the thrips infestation and lost your stunning Calathea orbifolia. Last year the same thing happened to me, I got a massive thrips infestation on top of a low grade chronic spider mite problem. I lost 61 of my 85 plants, as well as my love for houseplants and my will to continue on with my own channel. Glad you still have some favorites ❤
Oh Hannah your plants are looking so beautiful, I really love all of those Alocasia's and I would really love finding some to get, most are on my wish list still. I also am not happy with those irritating bugs that we do get sometimes, I have dealt with mealy bugs and finely they are dying and my plants are doing so much better because I did lose some because of them. I really love your beautiful indoor jungle. I have an indoor jungle that is doing pretty good also. I was really looking forward to seeing the plant tour. As I've told you before, you were my inspiration for starting an indoor jungle. I've lost a few but I believe the prices in Greece are lower than the ones in the UK. I enjoyed the plant tour immensely!! Keep it up!❤

Great video. Your plants are gorgeous. All my exotic plants are indoors so I have an indoor jungle too. can't keep any outside in onrario the winters are too cold.
Love your collection. The only plant I have always wanted on my wish list is a real cool cactus but the ones we have in the USA are very boring. I love your Rainbow Cactus & it is so cool looking. Never heard of Thrips before and I am so sorry that you lost a lot of your plant collection. If I ever got bugs in my houseplants then that would be the end of having houseplants. I have a Snake Plant, Spider plant, Pothos, Raven ZZ Plant and that is the coolest one I own in my opinion. Thanks for the Plant Tour.

Hi, so nice to see your plants, as soon as i saw Alocasia Scalprum i went and ordered it😆 so thank you! But i have also Monstera Albo and it does not want to be normal or well at my place. As soon as new leaf grows it begins to go crisp and brown and curls up..what light to you use and soil? I think that my room does not have enough humidity or too dark, Monstera is near window…really dont know what to do, i love my plant but it does not love me:)
@@Helezy ah the Scalprum is a beauty! 💙 Regarding your albo, it sounds like you need more light and humidity for it to thrive. Mine sits under a grow light in warm temps and 50-60% humidity 🌱
Btw absolutely stunning tropical plant collection tho for someone living in the UK!! U have put me (someone living in the tropics of Borneo) to shame 😂 i cant seem to have any alocasia growing indoors.. good on u!!
@ oh yes these guys BUSH out like mad outdoors!! Even the alocasia. I do struggle to keep up at times. Only downside is that I don’t get to enjoy them as much due to the hot humid weather and minus being away at work which is why indoor plants r such a joy as u get to be surrounded by them all the time
