I got these when I upgraded my old PA due to damage and requiring more power due to recommendations!
They are gems - the perfect budget active speaker that's nobody has ever heard of.
If you're on a budget and want a good sounding lightweight speaker, these are the ones to get!

Very clear and concise explanation of functionality of speaker. Hopefully going to get a pair of these and an Alto TS Sub 15 subwoofer tomorrow. I presume that the subwoofer will give the sound more 'oomph' without overdriving the TS115A (Would you suggest that maybe the 15s are overkill and sticking with the TS112As instead, as I will have the sub woofer?) Thank you for your enquiry, we don't get many returns of these units. If they have blown the drivers it sounds like they may have possibly miss used them by driving them to hard. I personally have used these speakers and have found them to have amazing sound quality and great durability. As long as you don't abuse these speakers and don't allow them to over clip then then will last you a very long time.

Hello can someone help me I purchased a pair of used but in good condition speakers, I plug on in and it started to scream!! I had to unplug it, I just plug it into the wall to power it up and screach!!! It was so loud, did I do something wrong? please let me know, 1st time having alto speakers. Thanks. Richard.

hi, i am thinking of getting 2 of these but am a little concerned about the quality of the parts as i have read several comments from people who say that the woofers blow after only a few uses which is worrying! can you give me any advice on this? do you get many people returning these or complaining?

Both... Most people would go to the bass-bins first, then to tops as it's neater that way, but you can go from these to bass-bins no problem!
What cables would i need to hook these speakers up to a DDJ-SR?

My band uses 2 for house parties, although its the 1100 watt speakers (TS215 - 15"), and we dont use a base instrument (we use a tuba, Mexican muzik 🤷) so we dont really push the low sounds.

It depends on your needs really. Is it a DJ mixer you're after? If not, how many things are you looking to plug into the mixer?

Can't set the input to half like manual suggests , unless you want to blow them sky high , don't go loud with contour switch on, personally I still say they fair value for money but don't have high expectations, they Do need a good sub to take the strain of the bass, and possible run off a crossover to get them just doing the mids and top,, it's certainly not a one box solution

This video doesn't really sell the speakers. I know you cant give a true definition of sound quality over youtube but putting one in a typical DJ scenario and comparing it to others in its price range would sell it better
I used 4 of these at an event and blew the woofer out on all 4 of them during a 6 hour gig (happened right when I started playing Beyonce's "Drunk in love"). Home use? Yes. Glorified studio monitors? Yes. Stage monitors? Maybe. Gigs? Hell no. They sound great, but you have to be really gentle with them. Pair them with a sub, keep the volume just under 12 o'clock, avoid using the contour button and you'll survive the gig. Questionable reliability for prolonged use in events. Save your money for JBL EONs or EV instead.
