How do you deal rent defaulters?. I think agents are good even if they charge 7% because they pay you for every house that is occupied whether the tenant has paid or not.

Currently in Kenya, most people are suffering from economical hardships and they may never be able to achieve anything and probably die poor or struggling so yes if you get a chance to go work abroad, GO GO GO. its hard here too
