Ohma is the nemesis. We still don't know why Ohma exists. Both Luohan and Ryuki are clones of THIS Shen Wulong but not Ohma. Ohma himself has expressed the desire to beat Shen and Shen keeps pushing to fight Ohma. It's like he gets excited whenever Ohma is mentioned, he eggs him on. For whatever reason it seems like Shen WANTS to lose to Ohma. He wants Ohma to be the fighter for the Kengan association, he wants Ohma to be stronger than him and he honestly doesn't care how it happens. Regardless of if that's what Ohma wants, Ohma has become a large crack in Shem's armour that has gone mostly unnoticed. It would be easy for a separate entity to use Ohma to get to Shen, in a much different way to the Huisheng
Ohma will train with Kuroki for precision and defense. But the surprise continued training…will be with Kaneda. Ohma will learn to lead Shen’s movements by his reactions until he has a tiny tiny opening. The fight will come down to mental tactics. Shen hasn’t had to use mental tactics at all because of his overwhelming power. So he may have a blind spot toward them.
I have been re-reading some of the chapters where Shen was watching the other fighters 169, 170, etc. and Shen literally tells us what he wants. While watching Cosmo vs Sai Paing, we see Shen's thoughts, "this is taking me back. I'd almost forgotten what it felt like to fight" (Ch 171). Rereading these chapter, Sandro set up Shen's end, Shen is going to get the fight he has been seeking.

Kengan plot remind me a lot of KOF, especially NeSTS ans Ash Crminson Saga.
