First - all really nice, my preference #2 / Second - #2 (#3 house is dark and the appliances are old) / Three - All very nice #3 a beautiful home- then, #1- sexy / Four - #1, who want's to purchase a $25-40 Mil "fixer upper compound?" JMO. #2 No warmth. My preference #3 is classy, the curb appeal and land, a great buy. / Five - don't care for either, but #3 isn't too bad.
