    This is by far the best couple that I've seen on this show. She's his "business partner"? Yeah okay. lol! They're adorable and so romantic!

      I kinda got stuck on that.
      Who are they trying to fool?

      Hiding the relationship is about as romantic as hiding your wedding ring when your spouse is not around.

    House #2 would look fantastic if they put some cascading plants in between the boulders to create a better view. Easily & fairly cheaply done. Problem solved.

    Business partners sharing a master bedroom... why are they hiding their relationship?

    • @Goldenp53
      @Goldenp53 5 лет назад +3

      SMG you the idiot, they clearly say “close friend “ at the beginning.

    • @vondahe
      @vondahe 3 года назад +1

      @@Goldenp53 Settle down, Beavis. If they’re in some kind of relationship, good for them, but then call them a couple instead of obfuscating it by referring to “business partners” and friends.

      Yes its quite rude when they do it to their clients

    • @aleisaetheridge8682
      @aleisaetheridge8682 2 года назад +1

      I thought so too and I see that alot .I think some agents may get commissions off of the home they r selling to clients and a commission off the clients also r does that always happen ? I've seen them take people to something that's way over budget and I've seen they do only what the client asks so I wasn't sure .Nice couple here and they ended up going with the first property .

    Seriously? WTF?? Why is crappy Reno so expensive? I use to live in that garbage city. The houses were $350k back then. There's no reason for these houses to be so expensive ughhh....I hate that place.

    A person has to keep his eyes wide open when buying a new home that's been cheaply built by one of these national companies like D.R. Horton and Lennar which are very poorly rated by their buyers. Research the builder before you put any earnest money down.
    It only takes one smoke alarm chirping to let you know when the batteries are going dead up high on a vaulted ceiling to change your mind about how beautiful these extra high ceilings are. If you're an older, short woman like I am it'll make it even more difficult to manhandle a tall ladder to reach alarms than it will be for a younger man. If the chirping turns into a claxon horn before you can get the battery changed you'll be in a panic trying to shut off the noise. You'll have to take the smoke alarm off of its base and take the battery out to stop the noise. (Putting in more expensive smoke alarms with ten year batteries helps with the potential problem.)
    We're relieved that the place we are buying right now has regular height ceilings after dealing with 12" to 14' high cathedral ceilings in our previous three homes.

    What is wrong with the new construction in the southwest (where i.live) is that the houses are wood with a stucco outer finish which just is not solid like stone or brick and cannot survive a fire. All the finishes. Floors, cabinets, etc are nice but a wooden house?

    I can't imagine myself living anywhere in Nevada. It's good to visit and that's about it. Also, I don't get why it's so expensive out there. All 3 houses were big, ugly and not worth the prices they were marked at. No thanks.

    For the life of me ill never understand why people go overboard for paying for a house. I need a view or privacy. If you a view drive too the beach for the day why spend all that money for one thing and then if a repair comes up then you go no money and are broke abd struggling. I dont get it.

    Why is she stuck in the dining room for her office? There are two other bedrooms. Oh, wait. Maybe one of them is her bedroom so the gossipmongers just might be wrong. I was best pals with a male co-worker. We camped and vacationed together, platonically sharing our sleeping space and we got along just like that. People thought we were a couple, which would have been fine since neither of us were married, but we weren't.

    • @vondahe

      Well, you have to admit that a man and a woman cohabitating with a shared bedroom with any “mutual activity” sounds VERY unusual.
