Wow, I love how customizable it is! Now to look into more TN style notebooks with the back pockets (or try to diy one from laminate until I figure out what I really want).

What a lovely slim planner! I wish I'd ordered the gris bleu before they discontinued the colour, it was such a shame.

Thx for this! The website is so overwhelming!

I see that you subbed the elastic closure with a clasp-is this a regular clasp or a chunky? Didn’t you worry that it would be too confining?

Would this cover accommodate a hobonichi weeks? Love this!

The Weeks is a bit smaller, so you could tuck it in this. Van der Spek also makes a Codex for the Weeks and Mega that you could customize if desired. Here's the link: www.vdsshop.com/70-custom-made-codex Sorry for the delayed reply!

Hi, how are you finding the touch me leather? Especially the card slots? Has there been much stretching? Do the cards fit snuggly so they won’t fall out? I’m designing a codex. Any tips you could give? How do you find the sideways card slots? Thanks.

Hi Becki, the leather looks brand new. The card slots have not stretched out, thankfully! My cards are very secure. (I have dealt with that in other planners and find it frustrating.) I really like how my card slots are designed, as the right side horizontal slots function as my wallet. My left side pockets hold cards that are more reference and used less often. Here's a link to my video about the custom options I considered: ruclips.net/video/LVsx0ToGOXE/видео.html Have fun designing and take your time if you can!

Nice video. I am contemplating getting either an A5 or a personal size after having used several types of planners through the years. Any recommendations about size? I love the look of the Personal because it's compact but not sure if there's enough room to write.

So many people love standard size because it is the perfect in between. Personal too small and A5 too large...

Thank you so much for this video! I've been looking for the perfect planner to also use as a wallet & your layout is perfect! Is there any way you can list exactly what you asked for? I'm not on Facebook. Thank you!

Jennifer Tomaszewski Sure! I added a pop closure (instead of string) and a big back pocket. The left side and width are not custom. The right side has a secretarial pocket, vertical slip pocket, six card slots, and a horizontal card slot at the bottom. It is a design that Petra created. Feel free to screenshot a photo of mine from here or IG to send for clarity.
