I use green frog tape. Glad u r posting your hardships. Let the public and the rehabbers know what we have to go thru as quads. I'm 43 years in this eff 'ing powerchair. I've lost function thru the years ,, used to be at c-6 , c-7 -- now at older age , c-5. Good u r keeping active, you will keep in better health ,,, I did.
