As part of my comeback from my disc herniation and nerve damage I have gone back to using Kettlebells at home to build up some strength and mobility
I used to coach Kettlebells for runners outdoors a few times a week in any weather but its been a while so although I may be rusty and a long term injury I can hopefully share my workouts with you.
Look out for more technique videos and general discussion as to why Kettlebells can be useful for runners but for now get swinging with me!

Been meaning to try this but only got round to it last night. Enjoyed it - especially the lack of "banging tunes"

What a great session, whether you're a beginner or not. 20 minutes is very accessible so will come back to this !!

This is the first kettlebell workout I’ve done on RUclips in years that time has disappeared before I’ve known it and I’ve enjoyed it - (type 2 fun) 👏🏼😃

Great workout, simple and effective so no excuses not to fit it in.
Can you explain the difference of one versus two handed goblet squats, is it a core muscle thing?

Single arm squats load one side so you have the benefit of offset movement - cross body stability 👍🏼👍🏼

Had a go at this today, loved it although I did have to use 2 different weight kettlebells & hang onto the wall for balance doing the RDLs. I WILL get better ! Love the follow along 10/10 from me !

Borrowed a kettle bell from my neighbour. He's a pro shot putter. Lightest he had was 12kg! Too much for me

Feet out on RUclips. Bold move.
Sounds ace will give this a go! Any specifics for strengthening knees (or building around for knee niggles)?

More workouts to come but compound movements and 1 leg work that we will do are good for joints 👍🏼
