This was extremely helpful for me. I have always struggle with coming up with the words for prayer. So I have always relied on the the Hail Mary, the Our Father, St. Michael's prayer, and the Glory Be.

it's exactly what I do everyday. Tell Ask and Rely :-D wooohoooooo by the end of the day and I am about to go to bed I am so happy and I used to pray the act of contrition before bed, now I say daily and say hail marys our fathers and glory be's with each step I take and each breathe I take. While it's in a conversation or something I am sharing. Can't forget those prayers. God bless you Fr. Mike.
