      You are not obliged to take fixtures and fittings in most cases

    Hey Nicola, thanks for the great information. What’s your thoughts on builders incentives and can you do a vid to explain how lenders view them?

      Builders incentives really depend on what they expect you to do in exchange for them! Also, they vary depending on the lender - some are more forgiving than others it purely comes down to lender criteria.

    If you buy a new build under the new scheme, (the discounted new build scheme) can you rent it out e.g two-bed house, that you simultaneously live in also? Is it true that you may only be able to rent for 2 years only? thanks
