Bless this woman for her big heart and for having the courage to let go.
God bless 💜
Exactly
Yes but To an extent. She put a camera to watch over him to sees he's alright that's not letting go that monitoring.
Meanwhile there’s tons of kids in hospitals laid up but good thing this woman is ignoring them in favor of a lower life form. This creature is useless… and the wombat too. But bless her heart. Right.
Having a camera to keep track should help.
Bless her heart for taking care of him and giving him freedom to live a wild life.

SHE is one of those people that should be highlighted as someone to look up to. She is gentle, humble and most of all, kind and loving. She IS what a real Role Model should be!
Blessings to her and her work forever!

Ok, I'm crying...and happy that he gets to live his life because of this kind woman
Me too😢
I'm crying from the sheer heartfelt kindness from this women.. and I'm assured that everything's going to be alright!
Ditto x
Me three 😂 Bless that ladies heart, she did a grand job preparing him/her to be released back in to the wild where he belongs ❤️❤️❤️
Yup. No one’s crying for the native Americans that were raped pillaged and plundered. Yay. Another win for lower life forms
I'm crying😭😭😭he was so cute holding her finger and closing his eyes while drinking his milk❤️❤️❤️❤️
geez...me too! what a heart she has & little wombat will be full of confidence knowing he is loved
Indeed. Seeing him grow, and then released him to the wild, after all of that nursery. It's like releasing your own child. I can totally understand why she was crying. I'd cry too....
Yes, he's gorgeous. Did you hear his little sneeze? So adorable! I LOVE our Australian animals.❤❤❤
And the little bum wiggle when she was petting him!! ❤️❤️❤️
This is one amazing woman. Letting go for all the right reasons is so hard. God bless her 💜
What will happen when the time comes that he or she need a mate... are you going to relish her in the wild? Although it will be sad and difficult to let her go because you develop to ❤ love her. 💘
Amen 🙏
What a wonderful and amazing woman. Thank God for people like you 🙏
This really got me at "this tiny wombat held his human mom's hand while he drank his milk" and at the end joy filled tears when he was safely released.
my goodness, that is a fabulously cute little creature.
What an experience that 🤗 must have been.
*I am sorry, but I am so drawn to mammals, more than any other of our beautiful animal friends.
Are you really a wolfman?
I didn't feel any joy when he was released like you did. Rather depressed
@@droo3010 Sorry to hear that.
Born Free: A Cuddly Wombat Tale.
Omg, I'm crying over a wombat! I could feel her pride and love for this wild creature. What a gift he was given but actually what a gift they were both given. Well done!
Why am I tearing up for a wombat?? Such a touching story and thanks for helping mr wombat live a great life.
Cuz he’s adorable! Perfectly understandable.
Because no life is better then the next… we are all living creatures that deserve to be loved respected and have happiness whatever that means to the animal. I hope we can all learn to one day live in tranquility with peace and love as the foundation
Because he is life!
I'm not crying. You're crying. What a lovely, wonderful person she is. You can hear it in her voice. 😞 That touched me when she started crying at the end.
Darn dust in my house! I'm not crying either.~
God bless this woman wow what a great person we need more people like her on this planet.
Well said. Indeed, we need more people like this great woman.
I love how nature was just like “hamster but make it bigger” when creating the wombat
Very cute 🥰 comment
It's 3:12pm and I'm crying like a child who lost her favorite doll!
You have me in tears again, I really feel for this woman. Caring so much about this little guy all the while knowing he would eventually have to leave. An emotional rollercoaster
I wasn’t crying until she talked about the release…then came my flood of tears…that’s got to be such a hard yet joyous thing to do. Actually hard to type cause my eyes still have tears in them. Dang it, this has got to be the luckiest wombat to have had her foster him.
She is beyond incredible, that little guy was so cool... Im so glad this channel exists, I really needed a heartwarming story.
The hardest thing for a mom is letting their children go be on their own, your a strong mom god bless.
You can tell she really loved him 😭
Aww, the ending brought me to tears. It must have been hard letting him go.
She really is momma wombat! Tears of missing her "child"! Great person who helps and loves the animals and still let them be wild and free even though she may miss them.
Seeing him thrive in his natural environment is rewarding. Seeing her getting all chocked up is sweet...mission accomplished mom!💕
Letting him go free speaks volumes about you. It is obvious you love him very much and are going to miss him beyond words. God bless you.
You did him justice by being his Mum when he really needed it, then letting him go back into his natural habitat. Wonderful 🥰
You could hear the love in this woman's voice. God Bless her and all that help the furry ones.
Darn it!! this is the 1st vid in a while they made me tear up!! I'm so happy for him and You! You did the right thing and the camera to watch and make sure he was ok was genius!!
I have a hard time letting go.
She is a strong woman with a beautiful heart. We need more people like her. 🥰
Happy this little man had a fair shot at life and has a family that is able to help him from time to time
It just broke my heart to hear this dear woman close to tears. It must be soooooo hard to raise an animal and then have to release it. That takes an enormous amount of love.
I am sooo jealous of these beautiful people taking care of all of these amazing creatures ......much love ❤️
it's a hard job and emotionally taxing that's why she's nearly crying at the end,you do really get attached raising them from a tiny baby then you have to let them go and they can literally get killed by other wildlife and theres nothing you can do you just have to let it happen so they can be wild
Where can I buy one lol jp. Omg that shxt's huge! When I saw him gnawing at that teddies neck... RIP!
@@Aaron-zu3xn a wombat is unlikely to be killed by other wildlife. There are no natural predators of wombats in areas where you find wombats - but even dingoes and wild dogs would leave a wombat alone if they encountered each other (which is so unlikely its almost impossible). Its cars that are the big killer. I cant tell you how many wombats Ive seen dead on the M5 and Princes Highway between Sydney and Canberra. Its a lot. Thats probably what happened to this fella's mum. They didnt say it but I suspect they placed his new burrow away from traffic areas that are the main threat to him.
It always brightens my day when I see good people doing wonderful things for beings that need help. Blessed Be.
"Wombats don't make good pets". Duly noted.
Thank You for being a good person. WOW so cute when they are little, but watch out later they get sooo big and wild. stay safe Thank You for sharing.
I watched a documentary last week about wombats. They stay with their mums for about 18 months after they come out of the pouch. This little "big" guy has the right temperament to survive. Good on the rehabbers.
Love this woman who only wants the best for her wombat ♥️
It’s always very emotional when we have to part with beloved creatures we’ve raised, fed and loved so much!!
Many blessings to this wonderful Lady an example of kindness and compassion to many humans.
Thank you for the rescue! ♥️ One of the things on my bucket list is to hold a baby Wambat too cute!!!!!!!
you can tell how heart breaking it is to let him go, but its best for him. she loves him very much.
Awe. Bless this woman. She did a beautiful thing.
Im dying of cuteness overload this is too much
It took a lot to do the right thing. A lot of folks couldn't. Keep up with his progress. Shalom.

Beautiful story , your a Angel raising your big boy. Mother Nature needs help sometimes. Thank you
Hello Linda, how are you doing?
You got me laughing .
You a wonderful woman
Time to release so time for me to cry
To care for and love them is what's needed but then to also let them go.
Oh my goodness, how adorable this creature is! How sweet, What a kind and soft creature is wombat
I love it when these people do the right thing and release these wild animals back into their natural habitat.
Love the dedication and care she shows God speed.
Thought cuddly wombat stuffed animals at first was talking about prince anfrew
Very sad day for queen more family slammung family
She shows more love for animal that royal family members show for their own family as in andrew punkharry
Hopefully wombats future mate will be allow him to keep his family ties
Megan shows no love for her wombats family
Big props to the lady for having the courage to release him back to his natural habitat
Australia has wombats, South America has sloths, UK has hedgehogs. The San Francisco Bay Area has rattlesnakes, awesome.
Yes. Australia has wombats. But it also has snakes and spiders and crocodiles. You’re safer in San Fran than in Australia.
@@Dreyno The US has alligators and snakes and spiders. And brown bears and coyotes and vultures. You can't make much of an argument that you're safer in the US than in Australia.
@@angelaattenbon4788 Except with facts. Most deadly venomous species in the world (66) after Mexico (80) and Brazil (79).
Coyotes are not dangerous to humans and vultures are scavengers.
And there’s not many gators in San Francisco. Maybe in the zoo.
Most dangerous animal in the States is the natives with guns.
And hobos taking dumps!
@@Dreyno Selective facts do not make much of an argument. There was a video just the other day about a young woman killed by coyotes. And wolves in the US.
For some reason you don't comment about bears in the US and Canada. You can't argue that alligators are not a danger because of low numbers in a city when the exact same applies to crocodiles. They are mostly found in the swampy areas of the Northern Territory and zoos. But I saw a video of an alligator in a suburban street in Florida that a man managed to trap in a wheelie bin.
I know vultures are scavengers but tell that to the person who is still conscious when they attack.
'Teen Folk Singer Killed by Coyotes' video.
Thanks lovely women for caring and helping a poor lovely wombat.
So cute!! I could watch this wombat all day!!
Bless that wonderful woman, those tears just make it even more apparent just how kind, loving and amazing she is and how dearly she loves the animals she cares for.
🎵 Rockabye wombat on the tree top...🎶 Mitchell is adorable! Bittersweet tears to let him go, but it's for his good. Bless you Anita. ❤️
I can hear the heartache of giving up your boy . For me the more love and care that an animal needs the more attached I become. I respect that you released him because it was the best for him hard as it was.
Thank you soo much for the people who take of these animals ❤️❤️
It's soo lovely.
Just like with one's children, you want them to be able to soar into their adult life, but you cannot stop worrying whether they will be safe and healthy and happy.
The camera is a great idea. You can't phone a wombat to ask how he is, the camera is an excellent alternative.
What a grand woman.
Dear wombat mom, I know those tears you're shedding are not just for joy. I know you're weeping because you have to release your baby boy into the wild. 😪❤️
That is what we call love.. caring and then lett them be free .
Anita...you made me cry too!! You are doing incredible work.
I can’t do it. This woman is so selfless and she wants what is better for her baby!
I did not expect to be crying to a wombat video today!
That's the most beautiful ending, allowing him to be free but never fully abandoning him. He will always have the connection with his mama with his toys and blankets and she can stay connected with him thru the camera watching him live his best life.😢😢
I wouldn’t be able to resist booping his nose.
Thank you for being there 😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Could cry right along with you. You did great!
It takes someone special to do this you are a special lady
He melts my ❤!
It wouldn't be too difficult to fall in love with a baby wombat. He was so little and so easy to love. He grew up so quickly and followed his "Mama" and loved his toys.
He was growing so fast like all wild animals. She gave him all his toys with her scent on them.
Great story.
🤧 aww he's such a gorgeous boy, bless you for saving him, great video thanks 💖😁
Anita I was crying with you when you released Mitchell! You did the right thing every step of the way. I hope you can still watch him and his adventures. Bless you both.
OH That wombat is TOO CUTE!!! Thank you for sharing this: both because of his successful release and how adorable he was!
To let go was hard to do, but I
was also crying. Such a beautiful story! ❤
You're making cry🤧thank you for your wonderful hard work❤️
Aww, I know this broke her loving heart. It's soo bitter-sweet when it's time to release them. May all of Heaven bless her.
This is wonderful!
She has such a big heart for taking him in… and an even bigger one for letting him go.
Only the bravest repeatedly let their hearts be broken to help others. ❤
I was internally weeping too. I can hear how hard it was to watch her baby become a big boy and have to let him face the world on his own.
Cute
Not just cute that's outright KAWAII DESUNE
The various animals love you,
Dodo. Greatest love you have to give.
Keep telling them,
They do understand.
Hey there
He is so freaking cute
What a beautiful wonderful woman - thank you for introducing us to these quality human beings.
Great story of a wonderful rescue and release 👏😀. The wombat 🦛 was a character. Thank you to those involved with each stage of his rescue, development and release. ❤😀🙂👍
Good woman, you helped and saved his life, now he can have the life he is supposed to have because of you! Good for you! You love animals!
I have 4 cats, but now I want a wombat as well....

whether four legged or two legged kid the same happy tears will flow when they leaving home towards their independent. Good to know you are the best mom they could ever have.
The Australian soap A Country Practice had a pet wombat called Fatso. He lived with Frank and Shirley. They are lovely animals. So sad she had to let him go but... she had to.
Here is a special bond between a human and an animal. A love that is pure and unadulterated. So simple and yet so powerful. A love that endures forever.
He doesn’t think your his mom, he knows your his mom.
It's sad to let them go, but it's what they desire most. Good job lady.
he's like a carnival prize teddy, first prize giant
Oh, that woman loved him so much, including being happy for him living the life he was meant to live ❤️
Aww.. it's alright. You did your best and ended up with the best outcome! Best foster wombat hoo-mom 👏👍😁
You are so beautiful woman. Your baby is so happy because he knows that he is loved by you unconditionally. Thank you very much for raising him with love and releasing him into where he belongs to. He will have beautiful life and fullfill his legacy. 💙💙
That’s a heart of gold right there….taking care of a wild animal and getting him ready for release…I know that must be hard and happy at the same time
That is a sign of true love. When you love enough to let go for their own good, not yours. Bless this wonderful woman for caring so much.👍💖😇🙏
❤️ThankYou for rescuing & taking care of him,❣️ just heartwarming 💞
If there were more people in this world who open their hearts and their homes to injured, sick and abandoned animals in this world, there would be so much less suffering for these creatures. Who says "wild" animals don't have feelings of love and affection? This lady and the hundreds like her deserve our thanks for alleviating suffering to these animals caused by man and nature. Thank you for your kindness and hard work in providing care and a home until these creatures can make it on their own.
Yes, he will be safe, as long as there's no humans around.
Whos gonna tell him about dingoes
Doesn't matter if there are humans around or not the wombat will ignore them and humans have nothing to do with wombats. Wombats are not hunted so are safe from hunters and as they are nocturnal they are asleep during the say when people are active.
