You know it's disgraceful that she's trying to fit it between the 13th and the 31st😮 literally the Johnny Depp trial went on forever and nobody was being tried for murder. Nick made 2 million the first year to try this case what did he do with all that money you'd think they'd be above board. Why wasn't it in Ron's PCA that is the question
If the defense was smart they should have let it proceed and if they do in fact need more time raise the issue at the end. This would force the court to either give it to them, or declare a mistrial which gives the defense the entire prosecutions case as they testify first
I wondered about this why wouldn't they tru it but there must be a good reason. The defense team is outstanding imho. They have went above and beyond.

How long is it going to take for them to come up with a plausible alibi for his changed timeline to work? They have yet to even try to attempt to say where he was if he wasn't on the trails during the murders.
@@toryjones4305 Exactly. They negligently tried to explain him away from the crime scene during the time of the kidnapping, but never mentioned, what he did after he allegedly left the trails.
The state's timeline is nonsensical. The crime scene proves that. We want the real killers caught so our daughters won't be murdered too!

You spell out our system perfect. 2 parties. 2 sides one side is the defense who if lucky has his lawyer on it, but only if its high profile, and the state, which includes the prosecution, the judge, the hand picked jury and usually the defense lawyer too

@@toryjones4305probably because they would have thought like normal cases you would be able to bring exculpatory evidence and Reasonable Doubt and when you tie their hands then that makes things a lot more difficult doesn't it especially when you lose 77 days of initial recordings I mean who does that and not get called incompetent. I mean it probably goes along with this place still not having body cams but I don't know what the holdup on transparency is
