Art James, aka Artur Simeonvich Elimchik (Артур Симеонвич Элимчик), was a famous son of Dearborn, MI and graduate of Wayne State University. He was fluent in Russian and taught English to Russian immigrants and could have easily added a vocal impersonation to the shoe banging.
