- Full episode of "I've Got a Secret" from November 14, 1956 with host Garry Moore and panelists Bill Cullen, Mary Healy, Henry Morgan, and Faye Emerson.
Segment #1: 7-year old musician and orchestra conductor Joey Alfidi: "I'm going to conduct Toscanini's orchestra in Carnegie Hall". He also plays 12 musical instruments and at the end of the game performs briefly on piano, trombone, bass, and vibraphone. A much older Joey Alfidi (8 years old) can be seen in this clip from a 1957 "What's My Line" appearance: • 8-year-old symphony co...
Segment #2: Freddy Renucci of Elizabeth, NJ: "I gave Elvis Presley a haircut."
Segment #3: Guest Robert Young: The entire contents of Faye Emerson's dining room have been transported backstage as part of a farewell party for Faye, who's leaving IGAS to star in a play (which evidently didn't last long because she was back as a regular panelist a few months later). - Развлечения
Robert Young was a class act...
Joey was adorable! That nod while saying no was hilarious hahahah
Inside all day today with a stomach thing...🤢😢🥴

Thanks so much for sharing these wonderful programs...I grew up watching sweet and kind folk like Gary, Betsy and Bill....lovely to see again!!!...☄️💥👍🏻🥰
I want to hear the rest of the "Dear Garry Moron" letter. Hilarious!
Garry Moron indeed! I couldn’t stand him!
There is no single one show of this quality today, this is just great!
Such a priceless episode! Thank you for uploading!
RIP : Joseph Alfidi (May 28, 1949 - 2 February 2015)

+Johnnralph That was some bum who edited it!
Well you can argue with wikipedia if you want ..
+Johnnralph I can, there's no way he's dead today! He was a kid when this was made - in the 1950's!
I often wondered if there was an episode of one of these shows where the entire panel had to disqualify themselves. This is the closest I've seen it get.
Amazing show.
Neither Mozart like this talented italo-American guy!! I miss you Joey.
💙💙
The play must have been 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘊𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘺, which debuted December 28, 1956, & closed the next day after 3 performances.
LOL so Faye knew what was coming, she was spot-on when she said "opening night may be the only night", haha
I thought Faye was going to say, "Call the police, I've been robbed."
Ouch, when that trombone fell..
The only other young leader of a musical group that I've seen on a tv kinnie film print of "I've Got A Secret"? Is? Duffy Jackson..the son of Chubby Jackson the famed singing jazz bandleader, musican, songwriter, puppteer and kids tv host/performer.
Trombone is difficult instrument to play.
What’s up with that fly
The party was bizarre!
They gave him the Winstons! Lol
Those are cigarettes? Lol
WOW, AMATEUR HOUR THERE.
Man, that was odd in Faye Emerson's dining room. What an off balance segment.
That was horrible what they did tip Faye. You can tell she was mortified. Poor thing.
nah, she was just hamming and being a sport about it, the prank was really very good-natured and light-hearted. They were all her dear friends wishing her a very genuine and sweet toast on her last episode before leaving to do her Broadway show.
Doubt if his father smoked, though, even if it was terribly common.
wait why do you doubt it and then say it was actually really likely?
Freddy should've gave Johnny Cash a haircut as well
Your grammar teacher SHOULD HAVE GIVEN you more lessons, too.

Joseph Alfidi was a pianist, composer, and conductor. Passed away in 2015.
Is Faye wearing long gloves to hide the slashed wrists she gave herself a few years before?
what the heck is this comment?????? how awful
Giving a carton of cigarettes to a kid -- how disgusting !!!
Bob Crestwood well yes but he gave it to him but for his dad soooooo 50/50
12:50 - "Was it a lady? ... Was it a gentleman? ... Well, there are only two......"
Hmmmm, not in politically-correct 2020, Dear.
I miss the days before PC BS took over literally every aspect of life.
I'm what those kids nowadays call "None Binary",....back then we didn't have a word for what I was, I quite like all this ""politically correct"" stuff, but I think it can. Go far sometimes, anyways, I still love this show as much as a did. As a little kid
@@WhiteComission1979 - There is no such thing as a “Non-Binary” human.😄You can play make believe all you want, but that doesn’t make it true.
@@ravenzyblack oh piss off both of you, this is a video about game shows, not a hate network
I'm surprised about this programme? When What's My Line was such a HUGE success...what's the point of this programme at that time anyway? Very strange...
What's My Line is strictly about jobs (line of work). You wouldn't have the barber who cut Elvis's hair or (in another episode) a woman who was hit by a meteorite. It might be better to compare this to To Tell The Truth which also dealt with things people did or experienced except that show has the panel picking the real person who is seated with two imposters.
@Jason Burns, a rather late reply here but it is also important to note that these other shows aired on different days and times. WML aired on Sundays but IGaS aired on weekdays.
