Great vid and super helpful hints and tips however you skipped the front brake line install.... I didn't see that connecting block under the fork brace on the website. Why not just run a solid line to the caliper?
he's a pro for new guys use a torque wrench i think for a sporty brake caliber its 50lbs. check manual..love those iron head fenders with the cross bar things
On my XL sportster, the service manual calls for red loctite on the rotors and the torque settings 16-24 ft lbs. Probably should mention that, i see too many people absolutely crushing bolts that will never come out
This video sucks just because I have to wait till the next video 😢 I love that front fender I need to get one for mine and I didn't know that could be done with the clutch conversion, I can't use that since my bike is modified with a chariot but prism stuff is great looking product hope to add some to my Harley soon.
Front fender is sick!
Looks great! Looking forward to the next one.
Also own an 03 Sportster XL1200C Anniversary edition. Excited to follow along. 🤙
I dig the fork mounted mirror, I'll be picking one up for my '97 1200 Sportster

Warm ya reflector up slightly and use some fine fishing line to get them off. Much cleaner
I need the foot clutch kit for my sporty 😮💨
How do you convert the cable to the foot clutch? This is the second foot clutch conversion vid I’ve seen where the person just skipped over that part
The foot clutch attaches directly to the derby cover there is no cable if you look at it carefully

That foot clutch setup is sweet.. Would that work on, or do you have something similar for an Ironhead?
I have the exact same bike and would probably be interested in some of those take off parts
