First of all thanks a lot for your input through your many online lectures which I follow regularly.
I have a situation where I have done PPA with our tenant at the premise which has a 100 Kw of solar plant and they have agreed to pay us monthly as per the generation. Please guide us on the implication of GST on the invoice which we make in the name of the tenant to get the payment against the units generated every month. Is the method of getting a payment right while we know we cant sell electricity and secondly is GST applicable on the amount payable to us?

if power is involved between two parties only at 220 kv and above voltage then which suppose power is injected at dadri at 220 kv and drawal at 132 kv at gss in kanpur then from whom we will take the permission and who will be nodal agency and arbitrator
