+curiousholidayspirit we used mystic tours in santa elena for mount roraima. but we only booked with them because backpack tours was full. Mystic tours was OK, but the tents leaked alot. i think backpack tours are a much better service but you need to book in advance. we also booked our angel falls tour in santa elena through mystic tours but this was with connexion tours or somehting, they were awful. definitely do not recommend them! good luck! enjoy your trip! be safe as venezeula is scary to travel in sometimes!

The river is "la quebrada de Jaspe". You can go there following the gran sabana main road (South of Venezuela)
