Came over from Steve's channel,I started camping alone at age 10. 64 now. Game Warden for 30 years, retired, have a beef farm, but right now I'm homebound, taking care of my mom who has dementia, which is absolutely horrible to watch, and my dad who has inoperable cancer. Channels like your are my adventure right now. Someday maybe I'll see you on the road. God bless.

    Good Day Again My Friend...
Thanks for the tremendous way in which you've honored this man, "Martin", along with the sincere respect you've imparted towards him, through the retelling of his personal experiences, and his encounters, I'm certain he is grateful, as am I, in receiving them.
I, as well, have had a few possible encounters, throughout my life, and believe it or not, the more impressive of the encounters, occurred in the deep south of the U.S., not in the extreme north of Alaska, where one would typically expect.
Either way, I really enjoyed you sharing this next installment from Martin, and look forward to the next!

Hello Darren, my name is Britton and I’m from Louisiana/Mississippi. First time here, but I did catch you over at Steve’s a while back. Idk what took me so long to find your channel. I have lots of friends in my area, and across the states that have had encounters. If you would like to see some fresh tracks and hear a tree snap that my friend Donnie just captured today, you can watch that on his channel, Standing Goats Rescue. I know this is an odd way to introduce myself, but since this is an occurrence that just took place, I’d thought I’d share it. If you’re interested in hearing Donnie recount his most intense encounter while trapping hogs, let me know and I’ll direct you to it. It’s a real hair raiser! Thanks for sharing. I’ll check you out more often.

@@PenelopePitstop0078 the video is titled, Donnie Miller talks about his incredible close encounter with an angry Sasquatch.
The man is as credible as any, I know him personally. I met Donnie through my good friend Kerry Arnold. I don’t know if your familiar with that name, but that’s who’s channel you will watch. Kerry was a dear friend of mine, and my fishing partner. Sadly he past away almost 3 years ago. If you have never heard of Kerry, and you would like to listen to him tell his encounter also, let me know, and I’ll guid you there... Kerry’s encounter is where it all started for me, right here in my back yard. Until he had that experience, I didn’t know about these creatures. Kerry’s encounter is just as intense as Donnie’s, if not more.

It's part of sasquatch culture (I think) to share food. If you give them a couple of pounds of meat, they will leave you a gift too. Like some nice rocks. No guarantees the won't take a big pile more. Not sharing is rude. Stealing is apparently okay.

Looking forward to hearing Martin's third encounter. I have fond memories of my childhood going up to northern Wisconsin staying at our grandparents' resort on a lake, fishing, swimming, boating. I even LIKED the smell of the fish house where we cleaned the fish. Grandpa was a fishing guide especially for muskies. The lived in a house that was originally owned by a world record muskie fisherman. I want to say "Cal" was his first name. I don't remember the last name.
I can identify with Martin somewhat. In my case it's mostly the UFO/ET/MILAB stuff. The problem is when you have so much that even if you wanted to ignore it -- you can't. I also look at it this way -- despite what the "experts" might say constitutes "proof."
My great grandmother was born in Italy. I have found the American and Italian documents proving this. However, is it possible that a girl baby was born on that same day in that same town with the exact same first and last name and with parents with the same first and last names? I guess there is possibility that maybe it is not my great grandmother's birth record. I was not personally there at the time to verify it was her. But the probability that it is HER birth record is higher [to me] than the possibility that it is NOT and that is enough for me to claim it as her birth record. She was the fishing guide's mother by the way.
So in the same way when I put together all of things that, to me, confirm that these things -- even a lot from my childhood -- really did happen. What somebody else thinks really doesn't matter. Also I think that my sharing them may help someone else with their own similar situation even if it somebody in the future. It doesn't hurt me to talk about it. Admittedly I don't have a reputation to protect. I am pretty much retired due to some slight medical problems so it is not a big deal for my credibility to be questioned because I don't have physical proof. But I'm still having strange things happen and every once in awhile I get more memories of things even from when I was a small boy in the 1960s.
By the way I did not put things together about this when I was about 8 or 9 because I was not aware of anything called Bigfoot or Sasquatch or that "wood knocks" were associated with them. We lived on the old Highway 14 in Woodstock, Illinois. Just after our parents' divorce. At night it was sometimes hard for me to go to sleep because in the distance not far away I would hear somebody knocking on wood or more like hitting it with a hammer but just single knocks separated by silence. I was so afraid the sound would get closer and closer but it never did. Some years back I found information about reports of something they called the Bull Valley Monster and that was not far away from where we lived there at that time. It makes me wonder what "The Woodman" was. That's the name I had for him.

I am a huge fan of Steve’s and it is clear to me that u and Steve are “cut from the same cloth” Darrin. Martin seems like a super-cool guy as well and it would be great if u could establish a relationship where he would get to share all his stories and the knowledge he has learned while living all those years in the bush thru u… before his time on this planet ends. I am comfortable in saying that I know A LOT of us would love to b enlightened by that level of knowledge and expertise in living that lifestyle. Especially city folk like myself, that simply cannot relate or even imagine what that entails!
As far as these 1st 2 encounters from Martin. It is my feeling that Sasquatch are smart enough to realize that when they see a Hunter, that that often times means that an easy meal/kill will b available soon. In fact, I would go as far as to say that the 1st one came back to Martin’s cabin for exactly that… a “free meal”. However, they also know that we humans carry guns and do possess the ability to hurt and even kill their kind. That is why I believe the 2nd one decided to turn and leave, once he was spotted. Even though it could have easily taken that caribou, especially after u went to sleep that night.
Also, and I know this is where I am going to lose a lot of people, but like Steve always says, take what u want from each share and leave the rest. I have heard many times, from too many different, credible sources, that most of these creatures/Forrest-people, have a certain code of honor type thing. I have heard many encounter stories where a large male Sasquatch will literally rip a deer in 1/2, right in front of the Hunter or hunters and literally leave 1/2 for them and take their 1/2. Although I have also heard far more encounters where they take the whole deer or elk and stroll off as well! Anyway, that “code of honor” thing, could have been another factor in why that second creature did not take the caribou. Also, it must have been a juvenile/teenager, based on its size. If it was super broad, as Martin described it, then it surely would have grown to be the typical 7-10 feet, as Darrin mentioned. In fact, they are known to b more like 10-15 feet in the Yukon and Alaska! 😱 Plus, think about it, with ALL the creatures that Martin has trapped/hunted and skinned in those 41 years, these creatures could easily have made a stop at his place regularly to go “grocery shopping” if they wanted to. They do it all the time down here in the states on people’s farms. Taking vegetables, chickens and even livestock.
I would also add that there are variations of Sasquatch, often called Gugwe or Wendigo, that would cause major problems for a guy like Martin, living in the extreme isolation of the Yukon… thank God that he never had that issue. I hesitate to add this last part, but trust me people, there are FAR WORSE creatures than even the Gugwe or Wendigo in the woods… and that is all I will say about that. If some of u r intrigued or concerned about that statement, then do a bit of research on the other confirmed cryptids out there. There is no shortage of info available on RUclips. I am certainly not trying to scare anyone into giving up on a passion that they have for any outdoor activities, but I feel u should at least be aware of the creatures that u could possibly encounter and the risks that u take when deciding to enter the woods and share space with any of these creatures. Yes, we have a right to b in the woods as well, but there is no denying that they were here LONG before us. Plus, if a 10 foot tall, 1000+ pound creature, that is commonly described to b built like a body-builder, is unhappy with u being on what he feels is his land/home, then I highly suggest u find another place to camp/hunt/fish… PERIOD! Yes, most of the time they will just scare u off the land with bluff charges and by throwing rocks, branches etc… and by Screaming/Roaring SO LOUD, that it has been known to literally make people sick from the way it rattles ur innards! However, u need to keep in mind, that some of these creatures will take things a step further, so b Well Armed is my advice… just in case u run into a “mean one” 😱
Thanks again Martin for these shares and for u Darrin in taking the time to share them with us. I am very much looking forward to the next encounter share from Martin, and as I mentioned before, hopefully even more shared knowledge from him as well. Until then I wish u all the very best and May the Force b with u!! 🙏

Thank you Martin for sharing your encounter with us. Darren my wife and I hunt together and she has had them take an interest in her which makes me very nervous. I make sure she is armed with a handgun when bow hunting and I refuse to get far from her. I've never really been bothered much by them but over the years I've become very aware of there presence when in the woods. They outclass us in the wild hands down. We still hunt every year knowing they are around us but refuse to let them kill the love we both have for nature. As far as I'm concerned we have as much right to be there as they do. As long as they are peaceful, we will be as well. We have had deer taken from us by them but have learned how to avoid letting it happen again within reason. Prayers for you and yours and thank you for all you do. God bless brother.

John , thanks for reaching out . I’m glad that you and your wife still go out and do what you love and that you continue to enjoy the woods . I’m of the same frame of mind as you are . In my honest OPINION , I don’t think we need to fear them , we need to be aware that they’re out there but we don’t need to be fearful . I’m personally more concerned with grizzlies and cougars as grizzly have almost killed me on three occasion’s. I’ve hunted and hiked in the heart of Sasquatch country , areas that have had many sightings and encounters and I’m still alive . It’s very apparent to me that we can co exist and that’s all I’m doing . Just listen to your gut , your instinct and be smart and safe my friend. All the best .

These people are NOT human . We need to remember that . They are something far superior to humans in my opinion . I don’t think there’s any humans that could live as these people do . Just my opinion. Thanks for the comment my friend, be safe

Woke up just after midnight last night to dogs crying and a small ball of light was in my room 😳 then shot out window taking half the curtains with it 🤢dogs freaked out 😮👊❤️🇬🇧

Truly enjoy these sightings you share with all of us. You can't get any better evidence about these forest people than straight from another person of the forest.
    Awesome share.
