lights didnt work, bells didnt work, i dunno, its either remote-controlled by someone who was watching CCTV footage or its broken.

Yes, the lights did work. But they aren't visible on the video. To be honest, I don't even know if the crossing activates at the 1st second of the video because I couldn't see them while editing the video
