- And finally: the Passacaglia and Fugue in one go.
I have revised the two parts, added some reverb here and there, slowed down a little the Fugue, and here we are.
If you want to check out the two parts individually (the videos use a different visualisation that might help a little more to follow the melodic lines), here they are:

Putting on a clinic with that bass synth.
Need a lot of ideas to sustain 21 variations :)
Love love love this.
Can I just say, repeat 6 totally captivates me. Something about it.
Thank you! Could it be because repeat 6 is the first one where the bass ostinato is actually not played and only hinted by the broken phrasing? I agree with you that it is mesmerizing BTW.
Yes, definitely. It almost sounds like ‘baroque swing’ because of the breaks.
Another note. The 15th and 16th repeats really sound so modern. It’s hard to wrap your head around the fact that this was composed in the early 1700s.
I was listening to this at work today to aid concentration but I just found myself staring blankly at the ceiling instead.😂
@@rishikesh6791 Looks like Bach is doing *very* well with Chaconnes (this Passacaglia, apart from three repetitions where the bass is slightly variated, is in effect a Chaconne) - I often find myself equally mesmerised by the Violin Chaconne
It's Bach... but it's all new.
Very true
This piece of music has always been my second most favorite and it sounds so good here!
Spill the beans
And don't tell Chaconne hehe
Seriously, spill the beans :)
@@OrzoMondo I'll give you a hint: It's in G minor.😄
@@DSZI.ShyHunterBB The little!!
"Vorsprung durch Technik" to quote father Bach 😁
Audi Bach :)
Wonderful job dear Orzomondo. The pairing of these previously decoupled pieces is really effective, almost a new one piece. Bravo!!!

@@OrzoMondo At your service
This is so enjoyable. Thanks for all your work.
Thank you for listening!
Perfect, how do you choose what is the next piece to offer to our delight?
I do not have a method. I have a 8-stage process (1: Score correctness and input, 2: Articulation and ornaments, 3: Sounds & Effects, 4: Tempo, 5: Levels, 6: Dynamics & Automation, 7: Mastering, 8: Video), and at any time I have multiple pieces in various stages. Every time I start working on my projects, I decide on what of the stages I want to work on, and then I select one of the pieces in that stage.
I try not to work on one piece for more than 1-2 hours at a time, because I do not want to become fixated and start losing the big picture.
So for example after an hour working on mastering a Cantata, I spend another hour programming the score of a concerto, and so on.
Then when a piece gets to the last stage I post it :)
@@OrzoMondo you are a Giant my dear OrzoMondo, you give us plenty of musical pleasure and we treasure your invaluable work, Tante Grazie
One of my all time favorite pieces of music, the tones are nice as well! And the visuals. I would love to do this for composition of mine “the King”, based on chess.
Thank you! As for the visuals, assuming you have the MIDI file (I just listened to your work "The King", congratulations for the feat, I imagine it's not easy to compose for such a large ensemble), you can use the same tool that I use: osdn.net/projects/miditrail/
Sublime.
Grazie!!
really entertaining CLEAR in my ATMOS HT- even stereo
I still have to try Atmos (proper)
This is fantastic, thank you!
Thank you for listening!
Incredible.
Thanks!
I love the pedal voice on repeat 6, but all of the Interpretation is great :3, keep up the nice arranging!
Thank you so much!
Great!

Very serious OrzoMondo. You should publish a video on your theory of synthesizers. What could be more serious? Before the singularity takes us all over... tell us how to make good synth sound.
You are right, time is limited, at the very least each one of us as a special singularity designed just for them coming closer year after year.
Thank you for the encouragement, I have thought about something similar, like taking a piece and show how I do it from start to finish. The only thing I lack is time :/
@@OrzoMondo There's nothing more important... do it.
love the glissando effect in the base at 05:34 ! :D
Thank you!! Just trying to give it enough variations...
Listen my beloved brother, NO amount of money could suffice what you are worth to humanity. You’re the anointed, distinguished musician on planet earth brother. You’re a precious gift to all around you my beloved brother. Godrichly bless you my precious beloved brother in Christ.
