Your video is excellent! All your food looks amazing, and I was really interested in the gingerbread cookie pairing. Growing up, my family usually had ham for Christmas.
Interesting that you say that every house has its own take on gingerbread cookies. It might surprise you to learn that in 63 years of Christmas dinners I've never even seen one, let alone had one! I agree fully with your Riesling pairing though!
@@NoSediment Thank you. Now I understand!! Where are you from by the way? You might have said it in your intro but I couldn't grasp it. Happy New Year!
First thing that came to my mind was of course red Burgundy -> Pinot Noir. :) If, however, You want to play a little bit, why not try Poulsard from Jura, Cru Beaujolais or some lighter style Grenache?
I like your videos very much! Bravo 👍
Thank You, that means a lot to me! ✨🥂
Very nice Thank you MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR
Marry Christmas too You and Your close ones! 🍾✨🥂

Thank You! ✨ But I mean, gingerbread cookies must be very different across the world, no?
@@NoSediment Yes, maybe they are different. In the US we probably use more sugar and cinnamon.

I am sorry 😞 What I mean, is that where I am from, each family will have own gingerbread dough heirloom recepy. Cheers 🥂

@@58andyr I am from Latvia (Baltic States, Europe). Happy and bubbly New Year to You too! 🥂🍾
Ah yes! I wasn't listening clearly enough, you certainly did say it in the vid! Apologies.
Your English is excellent by the way!
