Okay, I just found you, and I already can tell you are going to be my favorite mental health channel. You say that you have a podcast too, so I will be subscribing to that as well. It would be easier to say which one resonated the least, because, one after the other describes me. I guess the least one would be to show a lot of rigidity and structure. I go with the flow too much and in the past, following routines, especially morning, has helped me to achieve more. The last few years have been rough with significant life events and so it has been difficult have any motivation. I am stuck in the planning stages of my routine, so now I am not sure if I should follow a routine or if that is a bad idea being a high-functioning anxious person. I look forward to watching and listening to more from you. It is always such a comfort to feel like someone gets me. Thank you for all you do.
