Great video Sam, can I ask what kind of plaster you use to skim? And does the iso-therm need any primer on it first?
No primer but we key the wall before fixing the isotherm, Just ordinary finishing plaster
If we apply this directly to bricks, can we batten over it to attach plasterboard to hide wiring and pipes, etc?
I can’t see why not
Do you need to pva the wall before plastering or straight plaster on?
No straight on tho the isotherm but SBR the edges if it’s getting blended in to existing plaster

The adjustable handboard will be to allow you to transfer the weight of the board and material onto your forearm and not just on your wrist 😉

Every job is different and I use which ever is the best method
How come you didnt knock it back to brick first? Can you just apply it straight to plaster
It’s designed as a retrofit product to go over existing walls if they are sound
