I personally don't think it's funny or cool to play pranks on workers. They are just trying to do their jobs. They don't need people stressing, confusing and giving them a hard time just because of entertainment. It's a waste of workers time and their employers money dealing with pranks. Depending on the prank it can be classified has harassment. Leave them alone, they are trying to make a living. They already get difficult and rude customers. Im not trying to argue with anyone. But their is a lack of consideration and respect with these types of videos. They weren't even ask if they wanted to be filmed.

The lady at the window was waving our food out the window to get our attention, which my mom saw and turned around to go back and get it. It also happened to my grandma.
