@@JoylaLanuza One option might be to purchase on Amazon in another country eg Germany or Denmark, shipping will be more though, but I have done that in the past
Hi K. my last purchases were the brown bear ( the same as you coincidentally lol, I love detailed books too) , Mythographic fairyland , Recall by angie grace and lettie blue and lana green´s lady, garden. 4 gorgeous books but I had to lock my credit card for some months or else I wont pay my rent. I have rise un die welt for some time. its also a beautiful book. Loved your purchases. Enchanted galaxies is cute and angela´s harding book is gorgeous. Here in my country its very expensive to bring books because of the importation taxes but they are going to be for sure on my wish list lol. thanks for the video!
How to get the PDFs. First, scan the qr code to enter the website, then register an account and you are good to download the pdf. Just answer a question base on the book. Not to worry if you can't read japanese coz the question is in both english and japanese. You only need translation when registering the account. Hope this helps. 😊
I hope you are settling in well in your new home. I haven't coloured much since last year so came on to find inspiration with you and now have new books to buy 😂
Hello again K! I would love a full flip through of the polar bear book with your opinion and commentary on the paper quality, what mediums work best in your opinion, etc. Thanks!
Madalina Tantareanu Illustrates for the puzzle brand KI Puzzles. I have 3 and I love her Illustration style. I would love one of her colouring books. Also I love Leila Duly's books. I did color the page with the bees from Walk in the Woods. I copied the page on watercolour paper and used polychromos and glitter paints. I cut them into book marks for my daughter in law as she loves bees and also loves to read. She loved them❤
How do you copy the larger page books? (Like do you use a printer that can use large paper, take it to a print shop, etc?). I copy mine but I’m looking for any better ideas. :)
@@NoDontLikeIt I scanned the page on my regular printer so I didn't get the whole page in. Staples in Canada will scan from a book, but they won't use paper other than their own, meaning they won't use watercolour paper I bring in. Their best paper they have is cardstock. Good luck!
I so wish there was a larger size of Colouring and Spotting book. I like the detail but it’s so small (I have arthritis and I shake due to other medical conditions) and I’d likely make a mess of it. I love watching your hauls-I’m so glad for you that you’re able to purchase all the books you do-I just have to watch and drool lol
I love the formatting on that small square space book. So nice to have both a few double page spreads while maintaining the single sided pages. I very much prefer a smaller book, and square books in general. They just fit on my lapdesk better without hanging off everywhere, plus not as much ground to color when coloring. I find they tend to have less wasted open space on a page. I wish we had more of the books you guys get over here in the US without having to try to import them.. many European and Asian books simply never make it to our market, or if they do it's at a huge markup... or worse a lower quality reprint. I don't understand why supplies are almost all imported without a major pricing gouge, but books are such an issue. The quality of both the book itself and the art is always superior. Even the Amazon printed books are way better than the ones printed here.
It’s like that with a few supplies / books over here in the UK too, e.g. Prismas are very expensive here as are some other products. I wasn’t aware that the Amazon printed paper is better over here than in the US. That’s disappointing. There will probably be a reason for the variation between countries in paper quality, most likely linked to money! Thanks for your message
The struggle is real I have so many in my wishlist. I did get the house of the dragon coloring book in the mail today. The Enchanted Galaxies book has been a delight to color. I've colored 2 pages so far. I can't to wait to see your lovely versions of those pages. I wanted to get a Walk in the Woods too, but I'm holding off for now.
First: Congratulations on your new home! And art room! Yaaay! Second: I KNEW you’d buy the latest japanese kawaii animals book, the panda one(and was waiting for YOUR flip through/review. You are nowadays my fave Colorist on RUclips. Glad to see you back, K. Excellent review as always.
Hi k lovely haul hun I’m glad u got the new polar bear 🐻❄️ colouring book from Japan I think I told you about I had it on pre order since February it’s such a cute book I have all of the series too.. I ordered the cat colouring book a few months ago too and it’s just so cute I’ve had my eyes on the ruby sweet dreams colouring book and when I seen the little flip I went over and brought the book.. thank you for sharing ❤❤❤😊😊😊😊xxxx
Oh thank you. I love all those books in that Yururi series. Thanks for letting me know too, I hope they release more books, I can never have enough of cuteness ❤️😊
you lucky having a room I just have a desk and shelving, love your books lovely ....thinking of getting these too. end of May time ...Hope you get sorted soon and craft coloring xxxxxx Congrats on moving too xxx
Hi K! A copy of the Brown Bear Wood colouring and spotting book fell into my basket after watching Lucy's video too! If you have time to film a colour along in that book at any point I'd love to see it.
I'm not sure your aware, you probably are, but if not check out the second part of ruby's sweet dream, which is called Happy Birthday. I don't remember where I saw it but I'm sure if you Google it you'll be able to find it. Such an adorable book...
Ohhhh the monster party book looks awesome. I struggle committing to a double page spread so I am not sure how I would go committing to a multi page spread like that 😂😂
If you’re nervous about coloring in your books, try printing a pic out on paper (either by copying a page or using a scanning app-I like the adobe one). If you need to print a 12x12 book (like Johanna Basford) use larger paper-places like Office Depot or print shops have decent large size card stock for fairly cheap
Good idea from another poster, copy on to a separate paper and try it that way! Alternatively, why not colour any small image on colour tester page if the book has one?
Not being rude, but didn't you used to be fair-skinned? How did you change your whole history to dark-skinned? Also your voice speeded up. Sorry, I'm autistic and highly sensitive to changes.
I have never been fair skinned, my skin is brown. Due to still working on getting lighting correct in my new set up and also developing hormonal imbalances and possibly an undiagnosed (as yet), skin condition, I believe these are why you are seeing some differences. I apologise that you have been so negatively impacted by it
I had to wait for payday before clicking on the vid - our tastes are too too similar 🤗 Great haul, thanks for sharing, hello to Kitty
Thank you, Kitty says hello back 😊
I almost didn’t watch the video because last time you made me buy three books😂
Ha ha! I know it can be detrimental to your wallet! 😊
Lol, that made me laugh! 🤣😂😂
Hahha that’s funny, but for me, I wish I can purchase books that I see in the videos.
Not all the books are available in Amazon UAE.
