    Just amazing, Samantha!! It's so pretty, too. My question is, why do you put the plastic bag over the clay to cut it out first?❤

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  7 месяцев назад +1

      The plastic causes the clay to dome while being cut. It create a nice, easy bevel on the piece.

    I tried the ghosting with pearl clay. When I push my circle cutters into the clay, the clay comes out with the cutter. Should I use corn starch to keep the clay from sticking to the cutter?

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  7 дней назад

      Yes, or burnish the clay to a tile to get it to stick before cutting out the piece.

    I don't understand the mica shift. There's no mica? Its a lovely pattern though.
    I keep hearing the term but i don't get it.

      I have an article her that explains metallic clays (the ones used for mica shifts). It's a couple of years old now, but explains the basics. www.jessamatutorials.com/mica-clay.html
