Nice save in the maiden! Good thing you have the wide open space to fly. It’s likely you had a stall going downwind. It happens to a lot of us when we get too comfortable

Its always the time and resources that it takes to get this type of bird in the air that makes everybody nervous. At least your spot is amazing you have plenty of space to roll around in and land.

last landing was pretty good this plane is heavy enough with the edf and already a challenge to fly landing cant be easy with the jet throttle delay

What servos did you install?
Did you install on All surfaces?
@@schalkvs I used Hi tech MS 5087 MH micro digital servos , I put on ailerons and elevator.. kept flaps rudder and steering with the stock ones ..

On half throttle about 5 min .. on full throttle I bring her in about 3 1/2 min
You were tip stalling. The plane is much heavier now and will stall much easier than the EDF.
Yes correct 👍🏻 As soon as I keep my speed up it was locked in ! Pure adrenaline!!
