  • Is your partner resistant to PDA because it isn’t “evidence-based”? 🧐 let us and other parents know in the comments!
It’s totally normal for parents to be on different pages and timelines with PDA.🩷
Here are three tips to support your communication and collaboration with a partner who needs some scientific evidence ❤️
👉recognize the source of your partner’s resistance
👉frame any change as an experiment that is time bound
👉collect data in your home along the following variables: connection, nervous system activation, and access to basic needs (toileting, sleep, hygiene, eating, and/or safety)
Let us know what shifts for you or your partner!

Ps. Sorry about the awkward pause and start - I had to start over because the sound wasn’t working on my first attempt.
    Xo,
    Casey
