The DIM link works great with one caveat. Do not include the stat mods with the build, since everyone's stats are different. There's a good chance the link will show up empty for them with the stat mods; until they delete the mods and then builds will begin to show up.

@@biancasawbridgeworth1386 technically yeah, but if you’re using the same champ stunning super powers that the hunter builds need you can get like 20 up at a time, also unfortunately the duskfield grenades are nowhere near as good as they used to be so I’d prefer bleakwatchers which track and auto freeze as opposed to the duskfields

when D2 released i was a dedicated top void tree hunter, would not even touch the other ones. Later i found solar mid tree, throwing knives in strikes without even spending a single bullet except on final boss damage. always hated stasis except for worldline surfing.... and thats when i saw your video on this build, although im missing only one mod ( A.D.A> is hiding it, im sure) this build is just overpowered! just flick a nade, kill the mobs, next pack rinse, repeat, win. i mean, this build has so much crowd control that my clanmates were laughoing at me when the inspected me for a raid.... little did they know. i even had people in strikes telling me to stop throwing grenades because it was annoying to get their bouties done LOL!!!! thanks for making me love the stasis build man!!
Thank you for doing this. Just finished the quest to get stasis class on my hunter. Been trying to make sure and buy up the mods every day they are available. Looks like one of the more fun to play hunter builds.
Plunder I've been playing around with your build also. Give me your thoughts on how I've been using it. 1) I tried replacing frostees with wormhusk for reliable survivability. I wasn't able to get quite as many grenades but still mostly had another one ready by the time the previous ran out (as long as I was picking up wells and orbs after shooting the crystal). I know the build is based on a barrage of grenades but this was good. 2) I too put on elemental shards. Since you're getting stasis elemental wells too now (after you pick up shards), I put on elemental armaments with ager septer...which too produces stasis shards. I had an increase of damage at all times, nuking everyone with aeger septer. Slow, freeze, shrunken, duskfield, repeat. So much fun. I'd like to put on frostees again but need more survivability. I'll try well of life but that would be inconsistent I feel. Thanks for these hunter builds. Love them. Finally having fun playing pve on hunter

Great video and build. At first when I tried this out I was not getting my grenade back as quick as you but then I equipped weapons with demolitionist seemed to do the trick. Keep up the awesome videos you do!!! 👍👏

Great job on this video! When the new Dungeon came out, I went back to maining Hunter. I ended up solo-flawlessing it with Stasis Hunter. It was a lot of fun. For some reason, I completely forgot about the whole Gambler's Dodge for melee... so thank you for that reminder. 😁
I think the issue isn't that we're bad, it's that other things do our jobs easier and/or better. You want to debuff the boss? Well, use Particle Deconstruction or Divinity. You want DPS? Missile Titan can fill that role. You want Focusing Lens? Shadebinder can do that easier. And to a point I agree. I'm a Hunter main and I can see what they're talking about. We got stuff we can do, like being the invis Reviver, but the majority of stuff, including the build you showed off, just works better on another class like Turret Warlock.
Thank you so much, it's been really annoying how hunters haven't been getting enough love because "they aren't an end game class". I usually have to switch to warlock 90% of the time for an end game activity every time. With this build I'm never switching back from my hunter. Thank you so much

Yeah this build is so solid. Imo it's the best option of all 3 classes mainly because ease to use. Ima have a hard time using other subclasses now on hunter until void 3.0. Its definitely good! But as you can see we didn't need any extra to deal with Barrier champs 😊 so we chose to use our exotic elsewhere. But you could run it for sure.
I use lucky pants with your grenade build then the mods you get on ur arm piece as well that give grenade energy back when using grenade don't remember the name
Would an auto rifle that has osmosis pair well with this too, you think? I have a decent Scathelocke with osmosis on it. I feel like that perk is slept on especially with match game in play but with grenades and an auto rifle that does stasis damage could be dirty I feel like. Thoughts?
It's the people who only had one hunter build and that was it who are the ones who say hunters are bad in PvE. My fire team always thanks me when I use an omniculous build in GMs. In VOG I literally lock down an entire side by myself with stasis in multiple encounters

I wouldn’t say it’s a misconception if you need a good build to not be kicked from groups since you’re seen as useless; this build is fantastic of course but hunters still need help in endgame pve. Multi part builds shouldn’t be required to be able to clear a grandmaster or master vog with 3/6 of the same class

I get it tho, people want quick runs and copy what they see as the flavor of the week, and if it's their LFG post they have the authority to do as they please, doesn't make it right, but it is the unfortunate truth, but as someone who plays all classes regularly, each one have very viable endgame builds, one just has to craft them in order to become effective in some areas. Honestly I would rather play with what I have fun with and learned to make my own LFG posts, because there are more people out there that have this thought process, just stifled out by the Loud Minority who want "Must Kwtd/Or Kick/No this Subclass" runs. Misconceptions are often shattered by great pioneers who think outside the norm like Plunderthabooty. I welcome it. It's not that hunters can't be good in end game it's that most players don't have a good build and don't use hunters right it's easier with warlocks and titans
I think the issue is that Hunters don't have the build freedom other classes have. Like warlock I can use basically any subclass I want. But on hunter. Ionno chief maybe I suck at Hunter in pve
Idk if someone knows About this but ever since the 30th anniversary update (PS5) whenever im shooting a barrer champ shield or charging a shot from a linear rifle the frame rate drops a lot and goes up again. IDK if its network or actual fps has this happened to anyone?
The thing about hunters for endgame pve is that they don’t really have much going for them aside from revenant and bottom tree nightstalker the hunter subclasses are mediocre at best for nightfalls and grand masters, this is not helped with the fact that warlock and Titan have a lot more strong endgame pve options for subclasses
Whenever someone tells me that their class isn't good for pve I always ask what their build is. Almost always they either tell me that there aren't builds in Destiny or they'll just list off what weapons they're using.
I think hunters are pretty good in endgame pve but the problem is their lack of variety for me, hunters only have 2-3 choices with Omnioculous, revenant and maybe top tether which for me gets pretty boring only using 2 subclasses
Yes considering that turrets last longer ,freeze enemies faster and have better range, also with veritys Brow they recharge fast and give you a chunk of grenade energy if your fireteam throws a grenade, they can also permastun champion and require no exposure. With ice flare bolts the freeze also spreads on a kill. In GM's, especially cabal where enemies fly/jump about you can easily waste a dusk field or only get a couple of adds where the stasis turret will lock down half the room.
you can basically mimic this build on a warlock using eye of another world and have almost the same effect although if you’re using turrets you would switch your fragments to include whisper of torment probably and you might not have as frequent access to dusk fields considering they nerfed the regen to match the other cooldowns while you’re using Bleak Watcher. I never use Verity’s in GMs as it requires kills to proc while EoaW is a huge passive buff to abilities instead.

It's not that hunters can't be good in end game it's that most players don't have a good build and don't use hunters right it's easier with warlocks and titans
tbh i find proving grounds easier than exodus crash only if u do exodus without cheese tho

I think the issue is that Hunters don't have the build freedom other classes have. Like warlock I can use basically any subclass I want. But on hunter. Ionno chief maybe I suck at Hunter in pve
I use nightstalker and make quick work of this GM. It's not the class it's the players who tend to pick Hunter are not team players.

Idk if someone knows About this but ever since the 30th anniversary update (PS5) whenever im shooting a barrer champ shield or charging a shot from a linear rifle the frame rate drops a lot and goes up again. IDK if its network or actual fps has this happened to anyone?

The thing about hunters for endgame pve is that they don’t really have much going for them aside from revenant and bottom tree nightstalker the hunter subclasses are mediocre at best for nightfalls and grand masters, this is not helped with the fact that warlock and Titan have a lot more strong endgame pve options for subclasses

Whenever someone tells me that their class isn't good for pve I always ask what their build is. Almost always they either tell me that there aren't builds in Destiny or they'll just list off what weapons they're using.

Hunters arent bad, its just that Titans and Warlocks can do almost all the things better
I think hunters are pretty good in endgame pve but the problem is their lack of variety for me, hunters only have 2-3 choices with Omnioculous, revenant and maybe top tether which for me gets pretty boring only using 2 subclasses
This is titans as well we get bubble, thundercrash and stasis

No they can't get it back as fast
Yes considering that turrets last longer ,freeze enemies faster and have better range, also with veritys Brow they recharge fast and give you a chunk of grenade energy if your fireteam throws a grenade, they can also permastun champion and require no exposure. With ice flare bolts the freeze also spreads on a kill. In GM's, especially cabal where enemies fly/jump about you can easily waste a dusk field or only get a couple of adds where the stasis turret will lock down half the room.
you can basically mimic this build on a warlock using eye of another world and have almost the same effect although if you’re using turrets you would switch your fragments to include whisper of torment probably and you might not have as frequent access to dusk fields considering they nerfed the regen to match the other cooldowns while you’re using Bleak Watcher. I never use Verity’s in GMs as it requires kills to proc while EoaW is a huge passive buff to abilities instead.
