Nice method but you forgot the most important step by the end, renaming sethc,bak to sethc.exe and renaming cmd back else the sethc,exe will always work as cmd

I did not get the command prompt screen it's still showing me the inner administrator password or power on password

You need to create a drive letter on your main drive with diskpart. After that, go to that directory.
