  • I recently discovered that the saw blade on my machine was out of alignment. It became obvious when I was cutting the shoulders on some tenons using the table sled and the cut didn't line up. In this video, I will show you how to align the saw blade.
In the previous video, I made a simple saw blade alignment tool with a dial gauge indicator. There is a link to that video at the end of this one.

My very first table saw was Bosch an older model than yours but technically the same saw! With some care and good fence alignment similar to what you have done here or maybe less advanced than that, I used it to build my first Maloof rocker, it is a great saw 👍 Enjoy 🤝

Yup really love it. I would love to upgrade but just don't have the space. Thanks for posting.

Hey guys I probably should have mentioned in the video that there is very little adjustment on that carriage but it is just enough to bring the blade back into alignment with the slot.

With those same bolts loose, I’m not able to move the blade or table relative to each other. Not sure if you’ve had any similar troubles…

Reading the manual shows the front has a 2nd bolt to the left of the one you showed.

@@JordanKL1 I'll check and let you know but there isn't a lot of adjustment. Initially I wondered if it was meant for adjustment at all but there is just enough to get the blade squared off to the slot.

@@JordanKL1 I've had a quick look at my machine and there is only 1 bolt at the front that I can see.
