I love how FNAF isn't even a horror game at this point. Like, nobody's even remotely startled by the jumpscares anymore. It's either a test of skill (50/20 etc) or the world's longest mystery game.
That's why I think Scott, especially with the books and Help Wanted True Ending, he's been leaning more into dread and disturbing feats as opposed to raw fear. The story of kids being brutally murdered, people self harming themselves, manipulation, and other things are much more effective at making players feel unease now
its also one of the most stressful/hardest horror games if not the most stressful/hardest
i feel like scott just turned fnaf into a comedy strip by the third game
FNAF VR is still the scariest game I've ever played

@@_Love.Me_ RUclipsrs don't even make an effort to try to complete the games on their own and most of them watch tutorials when they get tired of trying to find everything they have to do, markiplier completed all the games on his own, hours playing finding every secret that others did not even try to find, completing the whole games, because he has love and dedication to fnaf games, and maybe here he did horrible, but he didn't give up, he enjoyed every time he lost, learning so he could finish it when he can, that is why he can be considered the king of fnaf

I doubt anyone will see this but I was never a fnaf or markiplier kid, but I was always at least aware of the games and the living tombstone songs. I started this playlist after seeing the fnaf movie and having my friends argue lore references and plot points as I drove everyone back to campus wishing I had at least the smallest bit of knowledge of what they were saying. I was proud of myself for being able to point things out during the movie but of course I needed to know more and boy do I KNOW stuff. So excited for the rest of this playlist.

Yeah but I though security breach was one of the best games, no matter what other people think. It had some really satisfying endings and it had a couple really good lore wrap up, and honestly, it was just a amazing experience!

Watching this let's play without having any understanding of this franchise or how the games work is like watching someone have an acid trip and a panic attack at the same time.
It's like that even if you do know how the game works
its basically, animatronic thinks you endo so do kill by putting in suit that dangerous for humans, its pretty much that in every game expect four and some others, and for some reason it got super popular, somehow, the game you are watching right now is a game where theres almost every single characters in this entire truck of games, and its very hard when theres all of them at once
theres also this guy who murdered kids only to be an idiot and wear one of the suits, causing his death and awakening of the suit he wore but more bad and alive i guess
I can explain the entire lore in about a single sentence.
*A dude killed some kids, the kids wanted revenge, they went into the animatronics, and they hunt you down.*

I’m already Sans Undertale Springtrap is actually one of the secret characters that come in sometimes when DeeDee brings them in Afton is a character introduced in Pizzeria Simulator as one of the scrap animatronics so I think they are different characters but I could be wrong
Ashlyn Rubach I thought springtrap and afton were the same person, afton is just springtrap after the fazbear frights fire.
I was highly confused for a second and though there was some hybrid of classic sans and springtrap for a good minute
