Need to tackle this myself in the next couple of weeks, got rust on my ibiza in exactly the same 2 places. Drivers side at the bottom and passenger side at the top of the arch. Any advice on how to stop it happening again?
There are normally bits of foam or some sort of insulation in the wings that gathers crap from the roads that rots them out so my suggestion is if yourd has anything like that get rid of it 🤟

@@CarGuyLife You are right; there is a note from VAG to remove them when the car was new. At least my garage called me to do it whent the car was new.
My mot man says i have to fit my new wings for the next one 😒
