Your purpose has brought so many people healing and peace, including myself. I could never begin to thank you for all of your education, kindness and your dedication to help us who are deeply struggling, to get better. Your voice, your empathy and everything gives me so much comfort and peace and I just thank you for everything. Like I commented in another video, I wish I could meet you in person. I owe so much to you!! Thank you for everything. I hope you have an amazing year 🎉❤🙏🏼

I've been in a rut today and I clicked so fast...I knew it would create a sense of safety for me hearing a voice I've come to deeply trust debriefing the past year! I especially loved the vulnerable segment in the beginning and hearing the impact this has had on your life, Dr. Yo, and your appreciation of us as community members. Thank you so much for this!

Thank you so much for your honest and sincere video! Absolutely loved it. The way you explained neural circuit symptoms helped me to connect all the dots. The most important change is that I now just understand what is happening and how all my symptoms interconnect. You talk about it with so much clarity and nuance. Although I still have some symptoms, all the doubt I had about if I could recover is gone. And I have started strength training, which I never did before (hooray also for Sharon Gams website and channel). Congratulations on the invitation to speak at different places with doctors and researchers who aren’t that much aware of the mind-body approach. I refer all people I talk to with dizziness and other neural circuit symptoms to your channel. It it wonderful that so much more people can get good information in an early stage. Keep up the good work and a happy and steady 2025 for you and all people who joined the Steady Coach.

I saw ENT NHS Exeter yesterday as i had been on a 7 month waiting list so i attended even though I've been diagnosed with 3pd ,vestibular migraine and anxiety dissorder .i was diagnosed with MDDS yesterday ..not sure if thats correct but the consultant was actually lovely. I explajned in the last few weeks id seen a huge improvement in symptoms and he asked how i was so knowledgeable about dizziness ..i said The STEADY COACH !! He said..tell me more and i will look her up and see if this is someone we can recommend to patients . I said how you had changed my life, id gone from wanting to be sectioned, to shopping and gardening . The anxiety had gone down which for me was the biggest battle . I would not have been at home this xmas without Dr Yo .i would have been sectioned or worse. I dont say that lightly ❤❤❤❤❤

Dr.Yonit, I am so grateful for this channel and everything you've done to help. My journey with PPPD began in 2021 and I've been trying to find answers, watching your videos since 2022. unfortunately PPPD is still ongoing but instead of feeling devastated I am not as afraid of daily symptoms as I used to before following your channel. I was in the midst of taking your free course but it suddenly updated with a new version. I was wondering if I should retake the course from the beginning. I hope and pray that your work reaches more people in 2025. You're a blessing for everyone who's suffering from chronic dizziness. God Bless you and wishing you all the best

Happy new year and thank you so much for your videos here on RUclips Dr Yonit ❤
I have a question and I would appreciate it so much if you’d read my comment and answer:
I am pregnant and I had a BPPV at the end of August last year and experiencing dizzy since then. Sep & Oct it wasn’t too bad but as visual symptoms started at the beginning of November I panicked and the symptoms got worse. I’ve worked through your free course and have done a lot of inner work and I guess I have found the main reason why my nervous system can’t really calm down: I am quite afraid to give birth, to the extend that I am afraid of dying (guess because I am someone who wants to have control and also heard a story of someone who passed while giving birth).
Have you ever had such a case with a client? I don’t want to „blame“ the whole NCS/NCD on the pregnancy and the fear that comes with it, but I wouldn’t say I have a lot of other stressors in my life right now..
thank you so much in advance and all the best from Germany ❤

@BijalPatel-sh1kl honestly you will get there it takes as long as it take though which I know doesn't help but you will start to see a difference and it will get better each week that goes by .I couldnt even cope with my dog paws pattering on the kitchen floor a few months ago or even someone stirring a cup of tea but in the last few weeks it's like something has shifted and my symptoms have gone down . Not gone, no where near but if I had to live like this I could . Please please just give yourself time .I know exactly how trapped and alone you feel . ❤️
