I can't even get the 800ML for the Epson 2270. Since Epson hasn't "made enough" because my $16k machine is "fairly new" I can't afford to have this problem. My prints currently aren't working out because my ML is low. I am a small business and I can't afford that. I am asking friends who have converted printers to make my prints because Epson has maintenance items out of stock.
I bought the Epson F2270. Parts and maintenance items are usually on backorder. I really am regretting buying this high cost printer $16k. Now I'm getting Error 01138 "fatal error" I don't know what that means and there in no info on it. Can anyone help?
@@dtgconnection Thanks for responding, but after tons of reviews, video experiences and company owners advise with both machines, repair cost, tech. Support, price for maintenance and others, we decided to go with the GTX pro. So far is being 2 weeks my deal was directly from Brother(not Hirsch) and the 2 days training were amazing, on those 2 days I learned about 90%of all the very next day I was able to Pretreat, cure, print, cure DTG and DTF. I can complain. I am very happy, thanks anyway.
Simplest maintenance parts are on Back order and it's affecting my prints. Affecting my business. Beautiful printer. Epson is not making enough parts for it. Think twice. Do some research for these parts and cost of inks, etc. I'm hurting!
Thank you for your answer, it is amazing how a such company as Epson has screwed customers this way, thanks to other guys like you I did bought the Brother GTX pro like they told me, part are a little bit more expensive bud they have everything in stock, soon I will start showing the progress and tricks on this machine, the 2 day training was amazing, basically I was able to learn everything I need to start my business right away, but in my case due to a situation that had happened with the distributor, Brother took my account and maintenance on their hands, and let me tell you it is an amazing experience, hopefully you can get at least your investment back and then get rid of that printer. Thanks for you information and GOD BLESS YOU!!! I hope you can overcome this situation.😢
