sir when i was bm i adjusted one cow death pol proceed to a cb cow loan..farmer came with jds representative and threatened me.. i refused. so he complain to LEAD BANK AGM
HE indirectly called up zonal head and gave firing " why u put insensitive city ppl as rural branch bm? only those having rural up bringing must be posted as rural bm

Article 14 talks about 2 things equality before law and other equal protection of law...
1st says all are equal before law.. 2nd says like should be treated alike...
Surely there is difference btw a people representative and a common man.. where the former has more responsibility than the latter... In discharge of his duties he need some immunities to ensure the independence and effectiveness...
