Hello several users we have problems with the rx7900xtx and the hdr on samsung tv can you comment on this problem in a video so that amd can solve it please.
@@AncientGameplays The rx 6000 also have a problem, it's the fault of the amd driver and it happens in windows 10 and 11, it only happens on samsung tv, with nvidia there is no problem, sorry if I write wrong I'm from Spain and I use google translator.
I'll probably get a 4080 for a new build in the future, but not at the price range. If they lower the price at $800-$900, I'll definitely be interested. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to see the benchmarks vs. 7900 xtx.

Great looking card with exceptional cooling and performance. Dual bios is a plus as well. I would point out the high price, but that's mostly on Nvidia.
Too big for my taste, i want to switch from my rtx big evga ftw3 ultra 3080 to a 4080 class but they are all even bigger. the only reasonable gpu is the 4070 Ti but too weak to justify the upgrade :( i really dont like this gen. i miss the old efficient days.
It wont really be a fair comparison against the 7900 XTX which is the MBA model. Would be better to test the suprim 4080 against something like a Sapphire Nitro 7900 XTX.
The Suprim X for the 3000 series was my fav in terms of looks. The Suprim X 4000 series is just slighy behind imo (I liked the MSI Dragon logo more). If it wasn't for the 4080 being atrociously priced, I'd consider upgrading to a 4080.

Ive had that card for like 2 months already and it is a monster. I can play any game, OCed and pushed it to its limits, even on the Silent BIOS it does not go over 60C lol.
@@AncientGameplays I had a 6900XT for like 2 years before I switched to this. I could had bought the Nitro 7900XTX, but I went for Nvidia this time. All the games I play work better with Nvidia, plus I didnt want to push my GPU to 525w for slightly more FPS.
Congratulations! What a fabulous beast! Even tho it might be a bit slower in terms of rasterization performance than RX 7900 XTX you won't tell the differences. However, when Ray Tracing - good RT instead of pushovers like in Resident Evil or Halo Limited - is turned on this beast simply crushes 7900 XTX. And it's lightyears ahead in terms of power efficiency. With this MSI RTX 4080 SUPRIM X at hand you can also say with me: RIP AMD🎉

@@AncientGameplays Yeah youre right and I personally would like to keep an xtx too for a list of reasons but ever since I updated the driver over a month ago 1 of my main games keeps crashing due to driver timeouts/crashes. Ive tried different driver versions, reinstalled the game, asked for help on the amd support forum 2 weeks ago still no answer, switched bios, tried windows 11 and a few other things. Nothing worked so Ive been using my old 2070 super for a few weeks now and not a single crash yet. It sucks because it only happens with that 1 game. All other games run flawlessly. I hope the rma will discover the issue but i doubt it so im probably gonna sell the red devil, take a loss on that one and either try my luck with a nitro+ or take the seemingly safe route with a suprim x so your upcoming videos will play a huge factor in my decision making
I am just waiting for the card to be delivered. You must be wrong with the spec of the hdmi port as everyvhere and almost all 4080 cards has the 2.1a version hdmi port and not 1.4 as you reviewed. Have a nice day 👍🏻
In my local store high percentage of 4080 suprim was defective. Spinning fans on certain RPM caused heatsink plates to vibrate with very unpleasant noise, like circular saw. I advice, to check for heatsink vibration and noise by manualy change fan speed in afterburner or another software. Vertical card orientation caused less resonance vibration in my case.

I got one of these but I found my rear fan mad a faint hiss from grinding. Great card still. Also thats crazy we have same cooler with the white chromax covers lol.
My Palit game rock non oc version is fantastic for undervolting, what gaming cpu would you go with? I have an 11700k at the moment but was looking at a 7900x as any lower seems to have a bottleneck according to bottleneck check site, but the 7900x is still pretty pricey. Great channel as usual 👍

hey buddy, not killin the 4080 unboxing and such but, did you know with resizable bar on with a ryzen 5600x and a MSI Rx 7900xt, it comes with 20 gb standard. i have 32 gb ddr4 ram and my gpu is using half of it. so my gpu has a total of 36 gb on it lol. if i could show you the pic i would..... lol AMD all the way !!

Got a 3070 suprim. Beautiful, but realistically, it sits in the case anyway. Will get a suprim 4080 this fall I think anyway. Mostly because of the cooling.

The coolers of most 4080’s are the same as the 4090’s and even on the 4090’s they are overkill, materials waisted and unnecessary price upping

@@S4_QUATTROPOWER Try sapphire cards then. For high end on the AMD side you usually want Sapphire or Powercolor, and then XFX

How is the coil whine on your card? I recently had this model but returned it because the coil whine was crazy loud.

Got the MSI 4080 3 months ago for $1250. Been a great card for 1440p and VR gaming! Paired with the Valve index, it's a real treat for sim racing.
In terms of VR NVIDIA is quite ahead since somehow the RX 7000 perform worse than the RX 6000 on VR due to drivers xD
