Yeah rest is good, but don't get too comfortable in the rest, mmh she was griefing in the date and you left for a reason man , but yeah experience is good for the next oppuntunity 👍
And yeah burn outs happen if I try too much, just try to do small steps man, you know Will Smith said one brick at a time, mmh I dont do Tinder but I just feel shame because when I try I remove it when I see someone I know and I am 18, I feel like maybe I need to achieve some things before I go to that journey 🤔😕
That's true, and it also showed that we some times need som patience, since we did connect on the second meeting! Achieve what? That's just an excuse your subconscious mind is telling yourself to not have to deal with the potential rejection or social discomfort that may present itself. What you don't realize is that meeting people and going on dates are part of "achieving" social growth. It's part of jour journey!
Keep it up man, and take it easy with the stress there too!
Cool story. I think moments like these are important steps to help with recovery after being burned out. I can't remember if we talked about it but do you meditate? Lately I have been more consistent with it on a daily basis and it has helped me deal with my issues better. I'm actually looking to expand on it by learning more techniques.
Hey man! And thanks, glad you liked it. And I agree, a big step back towards the normal life. Actually, I've been falling behind on the meditation part for the last month. Was getting really consistent before that. As it happens I actually set my weekly goals just an hour ago and committed to doing it every day the week ahead!
