If she gets her full clear off, its pretty much the best clear you can get in solo lane. And her ult is just insane when used with her 2, making you loterally unkillable by a low elo team who can't figure out how to work together

Pele solo is another good pick againts traditional warrior solos. Her lane pressure is crazy around level 6 with her 1 which means you can easily sneak into the jungle to steal camps with your 2 increasing your movement speed and proxy waves. Also, stealing camps doesnt mean losing out on wave xp as your 2 makes it easy to go in and out of lane very quickly. Just make sure to ward deep into the jungle!

Honorable mention to Hades in solo, his early pressure in lane is CRAZY, specially if you start with Bancroft, most mages can't go into that item so early, but hades sure can, he'll out pressure any god. Hades can easily go from a bruiser build, to a more Hybrid defense damage one, late game his damage may fall off, but you still have a 2 seconds silence, an ult that you can use to focus low mobility gods, specially supports who get a defense debuff.
Hades damage does not fall off, it settles to a reasonable state. Hades is NOT a burst mage in late game as minions are sparse. Get Sobek, build guardians blessing, get focus shoes first (lategame change to shoes of the magi) get jade crown, oni hunters, spectral/nemean, void stone / stone of fal, and get soul reaver after you sold guardians. You'll be hitting squishies lategame for 700+dmg guaranteed. Best support imo. on dual lane. Also, Bellona for solo.
Spectral? Stone of Fal? Unless u facing a crit heavy comp with both adc and jungle going crit, and even them nem-lion will do more cuz they crit themselves to death. And you could have pestilence or heartward, heck maybe even genji's if needed, but never stone of fal. Sobeks weakness is his low hp in comparision to other tanks. And since you plan on soul revear, get ur CDR to 30% (the remaining 10% will come from power pot is late game) to maximize the synergy of items and stats. Get a Thebes gauntlet for ez protections (given you play for lategame as Sobek) or Reinforced greaves start and Gaia somewhere down the line for the early game tankiness (depends on enemy comp vs. ur's). Oni's is great pick, so a non thebes build can do with Oni's +Void stone. If you feel u do better with ur abilities than being an aura-tank, breastplate is a good option so that u don't have to get CDR elsewhere, or nem+sov/midgardian. I sometimes run Soul gem and stack mostly on power+defence items (Celestial, Void, Binding) and just burst-box half the time if ahead.
For Solo lane Cu Chulainn is a fine option since you have no issues on mana and can go for a hard push early with gladiators shield rush or boots 2 rush. Sobek and Xing Tian are also fantastic for solo lane since Xings hp5 is strong for trades and Sobek has fantastic sustain and mana regen. Build a Guardians blessing and let the enemy push you into tower / minions kill themselves and you will get a fine late game control. When in doubt for solo lane: build a Guardians blessing and, this is very important, LET THE MINIONS DIE TO TOWER / MINIONS / OTHER TEAMMATES. you want that guardians gp5 asap and can get it around the 7 min mark and you can hold it for 10-15 mins thats 480-720 gold extra and that can purely go into wards or help push you faster on your build. Also important, if you manage to get your opponent to back and you are not great early game, freeze the wave. Let minions die to each other. It works out just as well as trying to shove the minions into tower and you probably won't be able to stay so far pushed up and you could end up being zoned away from their minions yourself.
For mid lane try to keep timers on camps like mid camps and oracle's. If you are clearing with your jungler, let them tank it (provided they are safe to do so) and put 1 ability into the clear. This will help minimise the feeling of "holy shit I'm OOM, guess ima go back to base :(". Putting a ward just outside of the enemy towerline is also a good idea since this will give you a good spot of knowing if your opponent is rotating and where too. Lastly while it's not always gonna be possible, try and let your team cc the enemies. I know they all suck and are trash but if the Sylvania hits the root then it's a free window for you. It's great freehanding Thoth and Janus Ults but when they don't hit you just feel sad about the cooldown waste.
For ADCs again the idea of last hitting is very good for you, if your opponent pushes up then hold the wave with your guardian at tower line. This means that their duolane will have to push up and play unsafe and that can be abused. Make sure that SOMEONE is picking up the purple buff. Doesn't matter if it is your or not, get that buff every 2 mins. Look for patterns in enemy positions / aiming and abuse them. Lastly, if you get a decent lead, don't just sit in lane and expect the fight to come to you. Go make a fight happen at gold fury, or mid tower or fire giant because if you don't rotate then your lead means nothing.
Jungle I can't say too much on here other than keeping timers on enemy Ults and actives. 1:30 for most ults, and ~2:30 mins (yes I know it's 160s but 2:30 is easy to do) for beads. Pick your fights well and invade if you can. Ward up before you look for a tank and let your team know your aims. Are you planning on camping solo lane? Are you gonna just hard farm the jungle so you can hyper carry. Giving people information is vital so do what you can.
I agree with all of these, excluding the fact that I think baron samedi should be #1 for midlane because he does stupid amounts of damage, has 4 damaging abilities, and heals his whole team, not just himself
What about Artio. I main her and she has a high damage out put. She can heal her and the team. She has a slow and a root and a cripple. She can also sustain so much damage
Any god that challenges their core mechanics will work wonders. In this case, their instict to leap away from a threat is challenged, so Awilix will be great
I think Cerb is good to get out of elo hell with, long as you don't get your teammates killed by a terribly placed / timed ult :^) I main him and have done that a few times tbh
Also try and have some faith in your teammates and don’t shoot yourself in the foot when trying to climb out of elo hell. I believe it exist but not as severely as people believe. I sworn i was stuck in elo hell forever until I looked into my own gameplay and bettered myself. Now i’m masters where i belong. So many times people queue up ranked and assume the game is a loss and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. I understand hero plays are necessary at low elo but don’t dig your own grave.
Hey, if I wanted to pick someone for a "Physical" Mage Mid who all would you suggest? I know that Chiron is a solid choice, I I'm pretty sure Nieth would fit easy, but a lot of the Hunters that I normally build Ability Damage are still more of a adc than others (eg, Medusa, Ah Muzen Cab, kinda Cupid, and even sometimes Izanami, etc). I mean, they all have rather easy to hit shenanagains for the one (non-ult) damaging ability they have, but I honestly don't know outside of Nieth and Chiron who has the most non-ult damaging abilities (or if any Assassins or Ability Warriors could ever potentially work if their abilities had enough range and/or safety, like maybe Bastet or Odin).
Great, now as a new pc player who switched from console, everyone crappy will think they are in elo hell, pick these gods, and feed in my games. Thanks dukesloth!
Dascalu Dragos at high elo your best bet is to try and play the meta. But most importantly play it safe. When i first hit masters i’d get so intimidated seeing pros and streamers. In turn i would pick safe gods that i knew i wouldn’t feed or do terrible on. Once i adjusted and leveled my game i gained the confidence to play whatever i felt.
No Ymir or Sobek? They are the best mage killers if u can play them, and if u r in ELO hell then Sobek is great as u have the late game if built as an aggro(kinda selfish) support. Same with Ymir only no inert sustain or mobility, which is kinda ok given the mid meta. Both have good presence in a defensive scenario and can save team by counter initiating, often resulting in enemy dying or disengaging to back.
In my opinion the adc who is also kinda easy to play and can carry you is Izanami and for support maybe Chan'ge also if you want a warrior to get out Odin is a nobrainer
I was there last split got to gold this split im almost plat. Gods I used to get out of the Elo are in role order. @@awduhbeecheswuvmeh5380 these are god I am good with. We all do have our own thoughts on this subject. I would like to hear your thoughts to help anyone who reads this comment.
Diablo nM Jung: Pele, merc, Baka, ao kuang. Situational carry’s are Arachne, and serqet. Mid. I have 3 diamond divisions because I love mid. My #1 is Vulcan. Very hard to zone and kill, very easily turns fights amazing secure, high pressure and not bad early game. Ability based chronos. No bancrofts no warlocks. Book of Thoth polynomicon. No rings unless their team isn’t very bursty, then maybe only the 2nd ring. Hel is a good pic too, kind of situational, but very good at pushing phoenixes. Go in, poke heal teamates. Good mid pressure, but if their jung is good with being able to lock you down, she’s not always the greatest. Solo. Have to go w tyr as #1. Impossible to lose lane with him with your constant heal, along with team fights with buff camps or minions, you’re able to disengage and heal up and go back into a fight. Artio has really good lock down and kill setup with her high cc kit. Full defense and gem of iso against any less mobile gods will destroy them. Can’t really talk about others because they aren’t the roles I play. I played different gods but started in bronze and have climbed to diamond! Took me a lot of games, but I’m pretty happy.
@@awduhbeecheswuvmeh5380 I mostly play duo. Pele and Merc have been banned or picked by someone. Ik they are strong picks. I have yet to try them on ranked. Casual they are a blast. Mid is my weakest and I will try to play Vulcan in some casual matches to see if he works for me. Tyr is my warrior kryptonite I just cant get use to him. Same goes for most switch stances reason I didn't suggest them due to the learning curve to them.
Diablo nM With mid you really really need a lot of wards in ranked, even get your jung to place a wards at somewhere like their red buff, if you’re in comms. You can play a lot of different mages/hunters in mid, but not all are going to be able to pressure out another mid or survive the enemy bunglers gank. Scylla is super save IMO because of her long range dash. But her clear sucks, and you get bullied easily sometimes killed. But her late game is crazy along with her team fight potential. Since you play in duo a lot you might like chronos. Late game when you’re in a team fight and their solo or jung try to get a pick on you, you have some very safe item options that’ll either rip you literally no joke instantly kill them, or have a 400-500 hp shield so you can survive in time to safely ult. Trying to kill him and get his ult to kill him again is too much work and takes to much time, your supp or solo will catch on what’s happening and will most likely peel. You can even go the 2nd ring on chronos if the enemy team isn’t very bursty, it’ll help you slap with autos, not to mention your 1 and 3 combine for 2k damage, and with a poly/aa it’ll just about kill anyone. If you’re really trying to carry I really recommend jung and mid! Sorry! I talk a lot! Haha
If you are stuck in bronze or silver... you belong in bronze or silver. drop any diamond player into bronze or silver game, in any role, with any god, and they will carry that game. Even if they do not understand any of the intricacies of the god they are playing.
So pub stomp until you get out of it, but what about when you're actually OUT of elo hell? Recommending loki isn't a good thing to do because it makes them over reliant on stealth to escape and doesn't make them a better player, it only gives wins and it's frustrating when matchmaking thinks someone with 300 hours on loki is of the same skill as me when he literally ONLY knows how to do one thing. Same with mercury. He's not a good god to get out of elo hell with because he teaches bad habits, like relying on crit instead of learning harder gods like awilix who is still a pub stomper, but not as much as mercury at the moment. Not saying these gods won't get you out of elo hell, but you'll be up shits creek without a paddle because you have no idea how to play against other good players that know how to beat those gods.
I agree, but I feel after playing the same god for so long you'd eventually figure out who and what counters that god. There are plenty of counters for Loki stealth. AMC, Hou Yi, Camazotz, anyone with a silence, anyone with a slow, mystical mail. If you play a stealth god for 300 hours it should be obvious overtime. That's just my take on it.
For supports I usually play Ymir cause I win lane and force beads easily due to map design & aggressive playstyle although I will admit it might take some practice to which I'd recommend watching ranian to get a better idea on positioning, mind games, & also landing glacial strike without the need of frost breath.
okay so i just have one complaint and this is just from my experience my friend is not that great at the game. Yet he destroys people with odin so im kinda freaked out that he didn't make your solo list could you explain that to me or anyone for that matter? Im really curious how odin couldn't carry you out of elo hell he has a short timer on his ult has blowout potential in the early is it just for if his early goes wrong or is there something else to this?
You can’t solo someone unless you’re ahead. Take a deep look at the god list he’s enlightened. Any god he listed can literary 1vs1 any matchups in a elo hell. I know Odin’s also great and I even got Odin to a Diamond but still, even if you’re good at Odin, you’re a warrior and a physical character. You can’t simply dive into any match and hope to kept yourself safe or getting kills. Odin’s best strength comes out of his gank, bird bomb combo. Late game his damage falls off like a Chaac, and you can’t pentakill by being Odin. I hope you get the idea of what I’m saying
Elo Hell doesn’t exist, it’s just low Elo, if you’re good at the game you will get out of there no problem. Even if you don’t win every game you lose far less than you gain. So just try to win half of your games if you’re struggling that much and you will eventually rank up
You can totally carry the early game with Ares, it will fall of though if your team isn't good enough in the later stages of the game to actually attack objectives.
I even consider plat Elo hell they know how to play but strats can go over their head. I'm very busy and can't play as much as I used too and with the rank degradation I got back on to play some ranked to find out now I'm in gold. literally can't even play. playing at a high diamond lvl with golds and plats is fucking stressful
OK ymir will actually Carey RUclips Out AS Well easily. Just buy curse First Item and get the 100 DMG lvl 1 Auto attacks xD And most importantly you can build bruiser and just one shot squishis with your combo, if your carry is bad. Counters Cerberus as well, as he can't utilize his breath for clear anymore.
I just played a match against Pele once again and shouldn't she be in the list? She is literally immortal in any 1v1 when she builds some lifesteal and her burst is insane. Even in group fight she has so much healing that she doesn't even die. She seems kinda broken to me.
@@Neonkong0500 Arachne is probably the best 1v1 God in the game. And Mercury is just broken atm. But Pele can *easily* 1v1 an Ao Kuang and Baka isn't a massive threat.
DARKNESS MC05 your right about Arachne I don’t dare challenge her in 1v1 when I’m pele I’ve played Arachne and oml she is sooo fun to play she can literally rip like 3 targets to shreds before retreating
Right, so if the C in ADC stands for carry, what does the AD stand for? Attack damage doesn't exist in Smite. You put such a strong emphasis on what ADC stands for, just seems silly since it's a borrowed term anyways.
This wont help me at all cuz no matter how much I win im always forever stuck in negative matchmaking which doesnt even revert back to neutral when I derank to the negative mm rank...
speaking of Elo hell, I was given fucking Silver 1, after winning 7 out of 10 matches and I'm being put against Master, Diamond and Platinum rank opponents, WTF??? What's the point of matchmaking if I'm being placed against people 4-5 divisions above me?

I havent seen a decent cupid through the majority of my smite play time. I've never seen one do a very good job without keeping them alive with geb or feeding them half dead people after a damage ymir.
Nevercake did a fucking smite ad. i thought he was just league, but damn. That makes me happy
No Bellona or no Scylla, if we talking about pub stomping those gods need to be in the convo.
what is happening with the smite launcher? it keep's showing me a screen with a yellow loading and restarting forever

@@vasqaze8458 ok, thanks! :D
My vote is Chernobog. Ez carry.
Can Susano teleport to Athena after she ults? After watching that clip where you are fighting her i was curious about that.
All I fight is GMs and I've never been ranked.
Giving people information is vital so do what you can.
yo..... thanks for the tips. What aphrodite skin has the ladybug heart? The beach one? I jsut got that yesterday and haven't used it yet.....
The ladybug heart ult was khepri
I agree with all of these, excluding the fact that I think baron samedi should be #1 for midlane because he does stupid amounts of damage, has 4 damaging abilities, and heals his whole team, not just himself
Thanos, I mean Thanatos goes crazy, you can clap anyone while using him
What about Artio. I main her and she has a high damage out put. She can heal her and the team. She has a slow and a root and a cripple. She can also sustain so much damage
Getting out of plat is a chore it's the rank where it's a lot of players with 400 plus games to get there so they are gold 5 players with inflated elo
what about awilix she goes 100 and 0 every low elo game
In low elo everything works if u dont suck at it
Any god that challenges their core mechanics will work wonders.
In this case, their instict to leap away from a threat is challenged, so Awilix will be great
I think Cerb is good to get out of elo hell with, long as you don't get your teammates killed by a terribly placed / timed ult :^)
I main him and have done that a few times tbh
AJ Parker ullr has been performing super well in mid lane lately
Ullr is probably the best Physical "Mage" atm
Chernobog is also viable
The answer is ullr mid
Great, now as a new pc player who switched from console, everyone crappy will think they are in elo hell, pick these gods, and feed in my games. Thanks dukesloth!
Medusa is my go to easy game carry tbh
some pro merc gameplay in the background :^)
That shade thrown at adcs though lol
that geb picture...
What about high elo picks/strategies? Just got into high elo and i get totally crushed
Baka's a top 5 jungler NA
Mercury, Erlang, Bakasura, Ao Kuang, & Pele
Pele #1
Mercury #2
Erlang Shen #3
Ao Kuang #4
Bakasura #5
Malcaster I love to use pele she’s a very fast and have decent cc
Should be
1-Merc
2-Pele
3- Baka
4- Erlang
5- Ao
Ymir and vamana is what's helping me.
Tbh for me the best carry on support is Ares. He just 1v1s any mage if ahead
What about Thanatos in the jungle or solo?
In my opinion the adc who is also kinda easy to play and can carry you is Izanami and for support maybe Chan'ge also if you want a warrior to get out Odin is a nobrainer
I'm really surprised Erlang isn't on the jungle list.
Where was freya in mid or am i missing something
Can we talk about these sonic booms?
If you're good at a hyper carry in low elo hell, it's an easy climb as games will at the very least go 30 mins+
I was there last split got to gold this split im almost plat. Gods I used to get out of the Elo are in role order.
Assasin 3) Nez, 2) Bakasura, and 1) Hunbats
Mid 3) Sol, 2 Freya, and 1 Zong
Solo 3) Erlang, 2 Bell, and 1) Osiris
Support 3) Cerberus, 2) Athena, and 1) Ganesh
ADC 3)Ho yi, 2) Hatchi, and 1)Chern
Haha
Diablo nM Oops I meant to say I climbed from bronze to diamond 5.
If you are stuck in bronze or silver... you belong in bronze or silver. drop any diamond player into bronze or silver game, in any role, with any god, and they will carry that game. Even if they do not understand any of the intricacies of the god they are playing.
Loki of course
How did you make up this list of gods? You rarely even play ranked.
Can I carry as Chronos in low Elo
Yes, absolutely
@@DukeSloth is he good at it
So pub stomp until you get out of it, but what about when you're actually OUT of elo hell?
Ride hades to elo heaven

LOL easily killed too.
Sure, you just have to be a god (pun intended) at positioning.
HortensyaM tbh I never saw a good freya
@@SummerDream715 yeah I do I looked back at the list and I now see that they can indeed 1v1 in any matchup, thanks for your reply

Elo Hell doesn’t exist, it’s just low Elo, if you’re good at the game you will get out of there no problem. Even if you don’t win every game you lose far less than you gain. So just try to win half of your games if you’re struggling that much and you will eventually rank up

Surprised you didn’t mention ares for support. He’s literally the perfect carry support. His two is nuts and he can solo the enemy ADC
ViraL Cyclopes it’s me, Sobek. Ares is a solid carry pick in the support lane, but he has a higher skill ceiling than pretty much all other guardians.
Ares relies on his team almost just as much his team on him. Ares will fall behind without a decent adc (and this is ELO hell, remember?)
You can totally carry the early game with Ares, it will fall of though if your team isn't good enough in the later stages of the game to actually attack objectives.
I vote amc.. ability build plus two guardians in joust is ez win
I even consider plat Elo hell they know how to play but strats can go over their head. OK ymir will actually Carey RUclips Out AS Well easily. Just buy curse First Item and get the 100 DMG lvl 1 Auto attacks xD

I just played a match against Pele once again and shouldn't she be in the list? She is literally immortal in any 1v1 when she builds some lifesteal and her burst is insane. Even in group fight she has so much healing that she doesn't even die. She seems kinda broken to me.
Pele wining a 1v1 against Arachne in late?.....good joke
Mercury, Arachnie, Bakasura and Ao kuang destroy her in late
@@Neonkong0500 Arachne is probably the best 1v1 God in the game. And Mercury is just broken atm.
