In this latest edition of what your money can buy in toronto real estate, i cover one of my latest purchases for my toronto homebuyers. In this case, i managed to buy this downtown toronto condo for my toronto condo buyer in a down market. The biggest thing to know is that we purchased this unit after it failed to sell on offer night (bidding war attempt).

For $645,000 is this a early April fools Habibi
should be 465000
Ill offer 400k for your unit. Which is its true value and what it will be worth by end of 2025. This video sums up why real estate agents are the worst and so many of you own an investment property. The greed is mind blowing and i cannot wait for you people to lose another 25% of the value of your properties. cheers. dont buy now guys have patience.
That’s a lot of whining in one comment. Why don’t you offer 400k instead of commenting here and see if it gets accepted? You never know since sellers are in distress. Again, I do not own this but please be realistic.
I think 350k would be a reasonable price, giving it some appreciation with inflation.
400k Or less !! … anything over is daylight robbery
wondering what the condo fees are at that location...
Your videos have developed so much since you first joined RUclips, I’m loving your content and keep it up!
Wow, thank you!
So 9ft den and view of lakeshore street cars are selling points for 600k unit wow
Streetcars are quite scenic as they are a cultural artifact of this city. You may disagree but most buyers do not.
It's kinda side, what is considered value for money nowadays.
how does 250k sound?
Perhaps you did not understand: these videos are made after the home is already sold or bought
No way are those 11 foot ceilings like you say! Looks like 9’ at best. BS.
They are 100% higher than 9 foot lol. If you think these are 9, you have not seen 9.
The entry door was a standard door which is 7 foot high. The space between the top of the door to the ceiling is NOT 4 feet! What a hack. Oh and btw. I have 10 foot ceilings in our house. Not even close to junky condo.
@@user-wm5ix5de5j You are factually incorrect on this matter, as per the builders plans. But its ok, we are all wrong sometimes.
Yes sometimes we are wrong but I don’t need a measure tape to know the difference between 9 to 11 feet high. Anyways my apologies for being a pest to you. My ceilings of 10 feet look much higher than that. But enough said. Hope you sell it regardless.
Bad area. No supermarkets around nothing
The loblaws flagship is 1 minute walk
Yikes
