    • @chiefs5822
      @chiefs5822 Год назад +3

      That't not the right question. If iphone phones were to open a manufacturing plant in nigeria, would it reduce the price of iphones in nigeria?! These question makes no market sense.
      If anything what we should be worried about it availability. No more fuel que, reduction of pressure on forex, and nigeria as a producer of its own natural product, not to mention the jobs and ripple effect of that, what about motor vehicle lubricants, plastics, etc etc
      We should be only exporting now, and no more need to import with dollars refined oil.

    Why the hurry to commission when the first product will come out end of July?
    Anyway congratulations.

    I am of different opinion though.
    The political class systematically destroyed all the refineries in the country, to pave way for this.
    Do you know that, every year there is money budgeted for servicing all the refineries that are not working?
    Nigeria is blessed with terrible leaders.

      Governments do not run companies successfully anywhere. Even here in America wen the government engaged in one financial business, it failed woefully. Businesses & companies are for the private sectors.

      @@ayankunleakanbi1650 So, what made government refineries in Nigeria to fail is common practice in the USA. I that what you are saying? American government officials are as corrupt as Nigerian government officials? They claim that snakes swallowed money in courts and they are let go? Is that what you are saying? Let's stop justifying evil. What is bad is bad.
