Lovely part of the moor, just shows you dont have to go far from Princetown to find isolation...Tumble has some fabulous Jammies 👍 another great video showing how harmless wild camping really is 😉
Great video Laura, always nice to watch your videos. Good on you for camping in those conditions. The past few weeks have been freezing on the moor. Keep up the great work
It was a bit different to that this weekend! What a beautiful day you and tumble had you lucky things! Not one moan about the cold weather either, just goes to show there is no wrong weather to be on Dartmoor, just wrong clothing! Look forward to next weeks video Laura.
Great Laura, inspiring. There's me giving excuses to myself for not wild camping this time of year and you're out doing duo lingo lessons and reading novels on snowy Dartmoor!
That was a lovely walk and camping trip. Always good to see Tumble in her PJ'S 😊 your videos are a nice break from reality, and I always feel relaxed after watching them. Keep up the great work 👍
Soooo cold. You and Tumble were each other’s hot water bottle. My husband spent the whole time saying “she’d better not swim in that quarry or II’ll describe her” Fear not I’m the subscriber xxx
This one felt different to me! Might have been the quarry atmosphere or the light snowfall or maybe the tranquility of the winter night out that impressed me the most I don't know 😄 But then, why wouldn't you study Italian? 🌝🇮🇹 😃 I'm on a lifelong education journey with English to which I've added German a few years ago. Hefty venture is learning German I'm telling you! 😆 Be well Laura, that was a good one for sure 🙂🌌
Foggintor looks great in the snow. Is the ground deep enough for pegs where you camped? I stayed on the opposite side last year and could only get half a peg in. I'll have to go back soon, I need a good wild camp.
Hi it’s the Vango Nevis 200, I have had it for years and It’s still my favourite tent, not too expensive, light weight, fairly small pack size, good size vestibule and space for a dog too if you have one of those to keep you company
Hi Fantastic views and looked a nice cold adventure thanks for sharing 😉😉
Thank you for sharing. The quarry looks beautiful!
Brilliant video thanks. Love the doggy pyjamas 😂
Hola Laura. Gran video. Realmente lo disfruté !
Enjoyable video! - Mi gusta mucho!
Thank you for that marvelous walk and camp. What a fab advert for the beauty of Dartmoor at this time of year it was. PJ clad Tumble looked a treat.
Very enjoyable video ... Thanks .
Great video- I’m always intrigued by your equipment as well. I liked the look of the firepot meal.
So now we know the Dartmoor beast is just Tumble in her PJs lol
Great video again Laura, a beautiful walk.
Pretty much!
Wonderful video, so happy I’ve discovered your channel, well done on some lovely content.
Hi Laura.
That was great. Your so brave camping on your own, but you obviously know the place well 👍
Hola Laura y Tumble ,video encantador.Tumble es un perro afortunado portener una madre tan maravillosa.
Richard & Tilly
😀
Reminds me of some cold nights on the moor
You both made that look so easy I felt cold just watching , another great video thanks Laura . 🙏🍻👍
Glad you enjoyed it
New subscription. Wonderful
Great watch… thank you, maybe one day 🤔
I enjoyed that 🤩 You have a new subscriber
Thanks Paul
Leeden Tor's lovely! Make sure you stop off there in April or May to pick the Cottongrass below it near the road :)

Totally agree, this was filmed that in between week where wild camping was not allowed, i’m never going to stop
Great video Laura, always nice to watch your videos. Good on you for camping in those conditions. The past few weeks have been freezing on the moor.
Keep up the great work
Thank you, I love a cold winter camp
I love watching your vlogs. I'm from Devon, Shaugh prior but I live in Yorkshire now. It's good to see videos of home. X

I’d take the cold any day over the rain if I am camping 😅

With the right kit there’s something really nice about cold winter nights camping 😍
That was a lovely walk and camping trip. Always good to see Tumble in her PJ'S 😊 your videos are a nice break from reality, and I always feel relaxed after watching them. Keep up the great work 👍
Thanks ☺️
@lauragriffithsoutdoors after watching I spent a few hours looking at tents 😊
If we got together you can borrow a tent, or if you and Ben want to borrow one I have a few
@lauragriffithsoutdoors I will take you up on that. I am tired of being tired, and I want to get outdoors.
I thought for sure you were going to jump into the quarry for a swim. Wise choice. lol😁😇🙂
Bit chilly even for me! Went for a swim in the sea instead when I got home
✌

Back in the day when I camped on Dartmoor you couldn’t beat a Vesta Chow mein but no crispy noodles 😂
They are legendary! Have you tried the soba packet?
@@lauragriffithsoutdoors I’m talking probably before you where born , like 1976 when we went camping with my school friends.
This one felt different to me!

Most pegs were only half in and one was held wedged in rocks 😅
@@lauragriffithsoutdoors 🤣 I only used one guy line, I gave up.
What tent is this please? Love your videos and doggo 🐶 x

The GoPro footage was really clear, is it 5k? Great video of the camp, you got a lot of stuff in the 12 minutes.
The footage is filmed on GoPro 10 and my iPhone 10 pro, the go pro in the dark is hopeless
@@lauragriffithsoutdoors lol yeah I know it’s a GoPro, I’ve got the same one, just wondering if the resolution is 4k or 5k on the GoPro.
Not tempted to dip there?
I can’t imagine camping in the summer let alone in the middle of winter on the moor arriving in the dark. So brave.
No headed back for a social sea swim. It’s really peaceful walking in the dark once you get used to it
No head torch for Tumble 😆
She does have a flashy collar, she looks like a disco dog
@@lauragriffithsoutdoors 😆😆😆 I bet ….
When you learn Spanish in the UK, do you learn the dialect from Spain or from South America? I understand there's a difference?
Hello learning in Duolingo and it offers bother Mexican Spanish or European
Has anything strange or scary happened while camping at night that made the hairs on the back of your neck stand up?
