Just the video i needed. Just found large 100k gold, silver, emerald and sapphire nodes and i just upgraded to this automation and had no idea how to set it up. Your one of the few if the only content creator that has posted a video on how to do this. Great video and thank you. Looking forward to your next one. Keep up the great content for this game.

Oooo nice! As you will see in maybe the next episode I’m struggling to find a silver ore node that isn’t a million miles away 😅.
I appreciate your kind words and support and hopefully I can continue to teach you and others things they may not know or even just a different idea or perspective 😁.

in your next video could you please do a quick step by step guide about what you did in this video . there were parts that were cut and jumped ahead and i got lost in what you were doing. just a simple explanation starting from the coal node to the drill to what was used next and follow the whole chain of machines and trains. i watched the video several times and still a bit lost and confused. just a simple guide like this goes into this and then this and then this guide. it went just to fast for me to follow. i really want to learn how to set up a system like this but mine will be in the caves. thank you for the great info.

Of course yes, I have some stand alone guide videos in production at the moment of basic setups to most efficient, just doing a bit of number crunching at the moment, so with that being said it might not be my next video but will have some coming out soon. My system is a bit overkill.

Love what you're doing, I'd reccomend moving the bank dwarf to your crafting/dump room and keeping all that floor downstairs for coin storage. Lets you emply coins from your bag (draw coins for crafting) without having to go into your vault.

That’s not a half bad idea, I thought it would look better altogether but as you mentioned and I’ve come to realise it’s no practical or efficient, thanks for you idea.

Apparently the mine carts are rendered pointless atm because they end up on a conveyor belt for strorage anyway so any speed gained is rendered moot. Devs are working on a solution.

Yeah I agree, I have played around a bit with them and so far only real use is transporting large amounts of items over distance, as they do carry a stack per trip.

@@Krypt0nite Yeah someone mathed it out on the discord. because trainlines end up on conveyor belt anyway its cheaper and more efficient to just run conveyors as you then dont need to run loops and stuff to make them work. I hope they fix carts soon

Fairly sure now the ore respawn is a bug. Also I've found in my game at least that if I mine it out again it doesn't come back any more, it's just the first time it comes back.

Ahhh that would explain it, I haven’t tried mining it again, I’ve just left it but I’ll try it and see what happens 🤞
